Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt the questions made the process more difficult.
Having reviewed your quote, the increase in premium appears to be due to the trip duration increasing from 10 days on a previous policy you purchased to 15 days on this new policy.
Insurers take a range of factors into account when calculating premiums, and longer trips will generally result in a higher premium due to the increased period of cover.
We appreciate your comments regarding the quote process and will pass your feedback on to the relevant team as we continue to look for ways to improve the customer experience.

There are various places you can buy our products and they may vary depending whether you buy directly on our website or via an aggregator.
The cover levels are clearly displayed for each of our products and there is no time restraint on purchasing, we encourage customers to naturally take their time to choose the best product and cover that suits their needs.
