Wrong order
Being a first time online buyer i was disappointed. The department for returns never got back to me .I am a recovered stroke patient ,so typing is difficult for me my right hand is now weaker . My speech is a bit slurred. So I needed to speak to someone over to explain

Not every customer is a criminal.
Initially the assistance from LEKR, was good. But when I called to address the issue of missing parts in the delivered parcel, my request for clarity on the contents, and, on the process to resolve this matter, was not favourable. Fortunately, the collection weight and delivered weight was the same, so I could prove that no one took anything out of the box after it left the supplier. This type of issue should be dealt with, by a person trained to handle customer complaints.

Liked the reasonable price and how easy it was to purchase, I called to confirm the parts suitability and I was assited and was happy with that. Did not like that it took a week to arrive. Small part I ordered was road freighted, air freight would have been faster.

Informed Lekr.co.za that there was no fitment instructions with the goods ordered.

I visited Isuzu dealership, an panelshop and a 4 x 4 workshop.
To save myself and Lekr.co.za any cost, I tried to alter the brackets to make it fit, to no avail.
I did not expect an refund as they offered, they could at least offered some kind of assistance, as they sold me the incorrect product as I found out to my dismay.
Will definitely not Support them again.

We have since contacted our supplier regarding this issue and have temporarily discontinued the item until we receive further clarification on the correct fitment. While we always recommend professional fitment, we completely understand your frustration and regret that this part did not suit your vehicle.
