    Is a very good app let them be a bank card so that you can withdraw and let people be able to send money to you in the app

    LEMFI should reward loyal Customers

    LEMFI should reward loyal Customers. Also highest rate of exchange should be put out early in the morning. If not customers go elsewhere to search for the highest bidder as there is so much competition out there with other Finance companies

    The service is okay and the customer service is top notch. Recalling my experience with one of the customer service agents, she was very polite, empathetic and helpful. Their exchange rate is fair but can still be improved. They have a fast and reliable payment system and I will recommend them to anyone that wants to exchange currencies securely.
    Anna assisted me. Highly recommended.

    I am extremely disappointed with Lemfi 8 Weeks for a simple IBAN correction? Unacceptable!

    I am extremely disappointed with Lemfi. I made a transaction where one digit of the IBAN was wrong. I immediately informed customer care about this mistake so they could correct it or reverse the funds.
    Instead of a quick resolution, they told me to wait for 8 weeks! It has been over 2 months now, and I am still waiting for my money. This is a very long time for a simple reversal. Every time I follow up, I get the same automated-style responses.
    I need my money back immediately. If Lemfi cannot handle such basic issues in a reasonable time, I cannot trust this app for future transfers.
