great customer service

work very well on UK sites, whenever issues have happened they have replaced within 1 hour unlike other proxy providers that i have used, customer service is A++ - Jordan17.

Proxies died every 10 minutes

Proxies died every 10 minutes, constantly breaking my GoLogin profiles. Two days of this killing my workflow. When I finally got an answer, it wasn't a fix — it was "extend the session yourself in advanced settings" or "just buy ISP proxies instead." So the actual solution to their product not working properly is to pay them more money.

This isn't a support issue, it's a product issue they've decided to monetize instead of fix. If your sticky proxies can't hold a session for basic use without customers being pushed toward a pricier tier, that's not a service, that's a upsell dressed up as troubleshooting. Wouldn't recommend.

Hi Petur,

I’m sorry two days of profiles breaking is rough, and I completely understand the frustration.
The honest truth: rotating residential proxies can’t hold one IP forever. They run on real people’s devices, and when a device goes offline, the IP changes that happens with every provider, not just us. You can extend the sticky window in advanced settings for free, but a permanent IP just isn’t possible with this product type.

That’s why our team mentioned ISP proxies, not as an upsell, but because a fixed IP is literally what they’re for, and it’s what GoLogin profiles need. We should’ve explained that difference much earlier, and I’m sorry we didn’t.

Pretty bad

Bad in general. Used them for a few months, multiple times have had issues which support ignored. Slow, the speed they promise is not what you will get it's pretty slow most of the times. I've tested LemonPrime and LemonStream, it's pretty much the same even tho they charge more for one. Proxies would randomly stop having to generate new all the time. It screws with my work on a daily basis. If you use some sites with the proxies yeah they would randomly stop loading and saying "this site can't be reached". When I asked for an ETA of when it would be fixed the guy in the discord "TonyViv" said "IDK". When I explained my problem in the discord the same guy just asked me some random question as if he didn't even read what I explained. The only reason I continued using them is because I already paid for the plan and decided to stop using them after I used all of the GB I purchased. Absolutely terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional support and bad service. I do not recommend.
