Having taken out the vehicle on finance the team really went out their way to get me an even better deal after, saving me more money, which is unheard of in dealerships.
The after care has also been top class.
Prior to purchasing from Lennox Autos I visited both Audi and Mercedes dealerships and their service level and attentiveness was not on par.

This company falsely advertised a car! They claimed it had high specifications but when I got there it didn’t. It didn’t have half of what it claimed to have!
I had also requested a test drive over the phone and when I got there it was 3 cars deep so I would have had to wait for them to move the others cars. It was so tightly packed in that I couldn’t open any of the doors fully while I was inspecting it.
And finally, they massively undervalued my own car as a part exchange. Of course I had done my research before and knew what to expect for it.
Absolutely disgusting with the whole experience as they also knew I was coming from far away.

Azzel gave us all the time and service we needed. He was very helpful and polite and so was his team. Can fully recommend.

I had a great experience with these. Behead was very help full walked me through the process very friendly no pushey salesmaen. I pointed out some small scratches on the car and he imediatly had them polished for me with a full valet. I turned up earlier than expected and they still fit me in. Even the owner came just to see we are happy. The car was also as described. Had a good experince and thank u to the whole team even to the guy who polished and washed my car. Was really an amazing team really looked after me.

Azzel spent along time with us looking at different cars .We were looking for a car with specific specs re safety and reversing camera and found the perfect car. The whole purchase process was easy and simple through secure bank payments. I would highly recommend buying from this company as they really look after you.

Guys when ur buying any vehicle in this place lennox auto be very very careful, normally if the vehicle comes with brand new tyres they will remove it and place a second hand tyres to supply to customers, so when ever ur buying any vehicle here be extremely be careful 🧐, they r bunch of unprofessional here,no single customer service here....secondly do not ever pay any deposit here until u see the vehicle ur buying otherwise to get ur money back is gonna be difficult, I will never recommend any of my friends to this arrogant people, wankans.
