After having a pair of glasses with a broken arm in April, it is now August and still no sign of a replacement as they agreed to send. All they do is go around the houses asking the same questions with no action taken to resolve the situation.
Would not buy anything from this shower as they are untrustworthy to say the least.
Glasses are of poor quality, do NOT buy anything from this company.
They are useless.

If i could give a zero star i would ordered these and didnt receive tracking said dispatched then no tracking info 14 days later stated delivered when i contacted Lily at the company she requested i completed a didnt receive form which i completed on 10th July was informed some one would get back to me still waiting this is a con please do not be tempted to order no corrispondance no refund i would have rather given the £30 to a worthy charity rather than a fake company

Purchased a pair of glasses that claim to be multi use they are useless completely blurry and bad quality.Asked for return or refund no response other that trying to offer me more discount on more useless glasses.. They are a scam selling worse than Poundland glasses inflated prices.with no chance of money back.. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company, I'm still waiting for a return label it has been 3 weeks now

j'ai commandé et reçu 2 paires de lunettes soit disant adaptatives. oui pour la vision de près, mais vision de loin impossible. Depuis 2 mois, je demande le remboursement, on me dit qu'on étudie la question, mais je ne vois rien venir.

Had to give it 1 star, wouldn't give it 1 star, same problems as others, glasses not multifocal, cannot use, return won't finalise last page, Lily has sent it forward several times for me apparently, nothing, no money back and unusable glasses

Don't buy from this company, it's a scam...the products are not fit for purpose, i'm out of money, they have no return policy

Arrived last week ,absolute rubbish.I have emailed them 3 times with no reply.I have now started a chargeback with my bank .

I recently bought four pairs of these glasses.It took ages before they were delivered.They are absolutely useless as can only be used as reading glasses.Have filled out a complicated return form and have heard nothing since.Its impossible to take a photo of the distance vision with a mobile phone,as requested.A real rip off.Am considering complaining to trading standards.Don't but these!

I have had these glasses for only two weeks and they are so flimsy they are falling apart

The glasses are completely rubbish, the company are diabolical to deal with, can't see through the glasses, the company won't send a returns label, so I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, had to get my money back from the bank on a charge back.

The glasses themselves were of the very poorest quality I have ever come across and the lenses were just as bad. Do not buy, they aren’t worth it!

I am short sighted , yet my vision was better without the glasses than with , absolute con , having read other revues i dont think its worth trying for a full refund .

Really bad experience. Glasses did not work as described. Completely false advertising. Dangerous to use for driving. Customer service is very bad. Promised a refund, then had to fill in online form which did not work. Promised management would review and get back to me immediately, heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS.

What a waste of money completely garbage , I can't see a thing , I've passed them to 20 people who where glasses not one person could see through them , I should have read the reviews it's a shame that the only way a foreign company can make money is through lies , deception ,an thievery kiddy glasses pretending to to be for adults put coins over your eyes bet you can see better , AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Keep your money , shame on you lensevo 💩💩💩

Delivery was awful by inpost and Lensevo didn't reply to my need for help with delivery problems, but eventually glasses came, were very light but were flimsy and cheap looking, could read with them and see long distance but went blurry in the sun and didn't change colour which is why I wanted them, I won't buy anything that claims to be too good to be true again, I say don't waste your money, they are not the product they claim they are, very disappointed but learnt my lesson.

Don't buy from this company LensEVO,false advertising to get a very cheap plastic frame which could snap very easily with very poor visibility from the lenses.
