lenshop Reviews

Lenshop have very good customer service. I don't had any problem with contact via mail. I recived every information that I needed about my order. I can recommend this shop to everyone :)

Ordered some LOOL glasses for less than $300 that I’d seen for $500+ in some US shops. I was a little worried about sending so much money overseas but their emails were reassuring and the glasses showed up in Los Angeles in a little over two weeks. Would recommend. ❤️

Even though the glasses I wanted where out of stock they went the extra mile to look if they could find a last pair somewhere. It was much appreciated.

🔝 Shop.
Sent in from Greece to
Germany .
Fantastic, thanks a lot.

I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses which are not sold anywhere else anymore. The glasses came in a perfect condition and the shipping was extremely fast. Irene was more than helpful when I had a question. PERFECT customer service!I will definitely order again! Thank you!

Fast delivery. Very good customer services. Reliable. Took a while from ordering to get the products because they were not in stock even if online it indicated that they were in stock. However, i was notified about the issue and of what step would be next. And as promised, as soon as the product was available, they immediately shipped it.

I was interested in a very specific pair of frames. Etnia Barcelona Frida black green. Sadly, it seems that they have been discontinued. I was advised of the other colors available, red, yellow, etc. Sadly, those colors won't look nice on me as I am a fair, green eyed redhead. I have a pair of the black green and have been desperately searching for another. The representative was very helpful and truly sorry that they could not help me with my quest. They also advised me of the ETA for my refund.

Great service!

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses. The service was perfect. I needed to change the shipment address and they took care for everything. Very recommend!!! They answered immediately to every request. Great customer service!

Friendly, professional service. Quick dispatch (to UK). And they even checked up on me later. Highly recommended.

As the glasses I bought are no longer available in the manufacturer’s portfolio, somehow Lenshop was able to find it and deliver in good time and fair price! Thank you Lenshop team!

Excellent online support! The email respond is less than 30 min. Very quick delivery!

Ich musste Brillenbügel ersetzen und fand diese nur bei Lenshop. Meine Bestellung aus Deutschland hat prima funktioniert. Unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig! Meine Brille war gerettet

Excellent service - so helpful and efficient - very quick to ship.

The glasses were no longer available in France. Luckily you got them and send them very quickly.
Very good service.

Great service and very fast delivery from Lenshop. I recently broke my favorite Maui Jim glasses, and it took only 3 days to get the same perfect quality model.
Thanks a lot from Lithuania!

Ordered some sun glasses and I initially got kinda nervous after my order was suddenly cancelled. I contacted lensshop and they assured me that it just got canceled automatically after payment took longer. But as soon as my money got through they shipped everything perfectly. I got really fast responses and no complaints. Though I do wish there were more payment options. I payed through a bank transfer which made me nervous and added to a bit of panic when the order got canceled. Really glad to now have the sun glasses. Now hoping for the sun 🌞
