Good reliable supplier but slightly long-ish delivery (via Royal Mail).

Sent the wrong number of boxes, now I am saddles with boxes I don't need.

This time I was a bit late in ordering my lenses, and I was pretty sure I was leaving on a business trip without them.
I dropped a line to Lenssaver via the webchat (it doesn't matter when, they're always there....).
They understood how important it would be for me to travel with my lenses and arranged a courier delivery.
And not just an ordinary courier, but a dedicated one: the day before my departure, I had a kind guy delivering the parcel to my door.
Now, I'm a loyal customer, but the Lenssaver team exceeded even my best expectations.
The feeling of being kept covered is, especially in business, a unique one.

Good prices great service.! The prices on this site are better than many over the counter places. And the delivery service for my London address is always prompt and reliable. They use Royal Mail for my address and this is much better than the sketchy multinationals.

Placed my order, paid, and then waited a week. Which is several days passed the dispatch and delivery window give only receive a refund with no explanation to why they where not forefilling the order. Either you have access to an item I you don't and some form of communication is expected if there is an issue. Poor service poor communication and difficult to tract payments as banking details are not the same as company details

My original order couldn't be filled due to production issues at bausch and lomb. I had a really helpful call from lenssaver and an immediate refund. Also a helpful substitute suggestion and a free trial pair of lenses. I have ordered these. This is the way customer service should be done. One of your competitors hung on to my money for 3 months with empty promises of failed deliveries. Then basically told me to sort it out for myself. Thank goodness I found your website.
