Once again, Lenssaver have provided an outstanding service. My prescription changed this time, so I was slightly worried that I might receive the old prescription, but, no, the right lenses arrived from the UK here in Dubai in record time. Even though I pay duty on imported lenses, it saves me a significant amount to order them from Lenssavers - even when taking courier shipment into account. I recommend Lenssavers to any expatriate users needing cost-effective lenses overseas.

1st class and quick and efficient delivery

Very poor service, Lenses purchased arrived faulty and I asked for a refund or replacement. I returned their lenses at my own expense. Waited six weeks for replacements which never turned up. Section 75 recall put into place to recall the money via Barclaycard..

Website easy to use, lenses were an excellent price and delivery was rapid. No complaints at all.

The correct lenses ordered were received very quickly.A faultless service. Unfortunately there are not enough parameters for my exact prescriptions …. So I have to have a closest cyl!

Really disappointing experience so far. I ordered my contact lenses on Friday, Jan 26th at 9:18 am. Their website claims that orders are shipped out the next working day, but my order wasn't updated until Tuesday the next week.

My tracking has shown that Royal Mail are waiting to receive the order still after two days. I've reached out to Royal Mail and they have said they haven't received it yet from Lenssaver. In the meantime I've reached out to Lenssaver twice: once on Tuesday and once today. I have not heard back from them.

It's crazy to me that it should take this long for an online store specialising in contact lenses to ship them out. I'll be sure to update this review if anything changes but at this point, if I don't see any update or response from them I am inclined to dispute this transaction with my bank.

EDIT Feb 1st: The order was finally properly dispatched today, have yet to hear any response from their customer service. I do not recommend using them. The fact that they do not address reviews here yet own this page speaks volumes.

Excellent service. I had ordered the wrong strength lens to what I normally ordered. Got a phone call to check and order was corrected. Been using a few years and has been very good service.

Easy to order on website. Delivery in a timely manner as promised. Lenses ordered were exactly what I received. Competitive price.

Delivers quickly
Generally orders placed are delivered quickly and with minimal fuss. Their customer service seems very light though - I had to return some lens as my prescription changed and I had to pay for the return postage. Also, no communication when refund occurred so was left wondering. Otherwise, all straight forward.

I really can’t fault Lenssaver.co.uk. I first ordered with them about 3 years ago when my previous optician stopped their contact lens plans and since then I can’t rate them enough. Their prices are unbeatable and it’s really easy to re-order the same prescription once your account is set up. Stock is always very good as well in my experience. It’s also really easy to change your prescription. Economy delivery can be a bit slow, but you are able to pay extra for quicker delivery.

All in all a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who chooses to buy their contact lenses or other eye care online 👍🏻.

Placed an order and paid via PayPal, but when passed back to the Lenssaver site, their system crashed and I was left in a page of programming code. Clearly their system and security is a disaster. PayPal shows as the payment is taken and Lenssaver has no record of me, my order or the payment. I suggest you avoid this company as their systems and security are a disaster.

I recently ordered contact lenses for the first time from this company.
Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong mailing address
I made contact with Lenssaver to ask their advice and I can honestly say the service I received was impeccable, spoke with Sam who was so helpful and understanding, he arranged for another order to be sent immediately which I received in less than 24hrs.
I will most definitely continue to purchase from this supplier and I will be recommending to my friends and family.
I am one very satisfied customer.

Realised the make of my lenses and prescription were difficult to find as some have stopped being made.
Ordered from Lenssaver and Sam phoned me to talk through my prescription and suggest an alternative.
They arrived super quick and are so comfy and no problems.
Will be returning for all my lenses in the future. Never had such service via an internet supplier and have to say it was brilliant.

Contact lens not received due to Royal Mail. Still waiting for customer services to call me back, whereby I need to fill out a Royal Mail disclaimer before I can get a refund. Now reordered with a quicker and more reputable company. The few quid I saved using this company is not worth it. Such a long drawn out process, why should it be this hard!!!
