From start to finish we were very happy working with this Company who had been recommended to us by a neighbour.

The installation went very smoothly on the day and was done quicker than we were expecting.

The lift is easy to use and gives us peace of mind that Mum can easily get upstairs now.

On a Friday afternoon 2 weeks after installation my stairlift developed a small but unusual problem. It did not affect the functioning or safety of the lift. However, the next morning I rang Leodis. I'm pleased to say that within a few days an engineer visited. He spent time investigating the problem and a new part has been ordered. Thank you Leodis

Mum had a bit of a fall and ended up with a fractured pelvis which made moving around very difficult and couldn’t use the stairs without assistance. My mum had heard about Leodis stairlifts from a neighbor so we got in touch with them. I spoke with Martin who was very pleasant to speak to. He arranged for a representative to call and see us. Claire arrived on time and smartly dressed. She spoke to us in a way that made the info about the lift and benefits easy for us to understand. A very professional young lady. She measured and priced there and then. Mum was happy to order it and within a couple of days it was fitted by John who again was respectful and very professional. The lift only took 2 to 3 hrs to fit and without any mess. Mum loves the lift, it’s made life so much easier for her. We would have no hesitation in recommend Leodis. I can recommend this company 100%. (Littleborough Branch). They were fantastic from start to finish and was able to urgently fit my mothers stairlift. Allan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The stairlift looks brand new as we decided to choose the reconditioned one which I am so glad we did as its working perfectly and we are very pleased with it. From first phone call with Martin, to Russell coming out to give us a survey to the install with Ryan, nothing was too much trouble , no pressure. Russell spent time talking over all options for my mam. Ryan worked none stop and very clean and tidy worker, Best thing we ever did great service from start to finish. very happy. From initial contact with Leodis Stairlifts to the actual installation, I couldn't have been more satisfied, both the survey and then installation were carried out very professionally, and everyone turned up at the appointed times, all in all I'm very happy to recommend Leodis Stairlifts.

Wow what a service. From initial contact to Allen coming to survey and talk about different options, and then fitting all within a week. Great service fitting and explaining how it all works. Could not have gone better.

I am completely happy/satisfied with the service I received. All the staff were happy and helpful and went above and beyond. My surveyor, Alan had the patience of a saint with me. Nothing was too much trouble.

Claire was very informative telling mum and I all we needed to know about the stairlift.The fitter was very good got on with the job. And explained how to us it and watched mum up and down on it before he left.I would recommend them both and the company.We was very pleased with everything.

Claire turned up on time and was very friendly and chatty.
She explained everything about the stairlifts in depth and was not pushy trying to get a sale.
Cameron came to fit it and he did a cracking job leaving no mess when finished and took time explaining how to operate the stairlift once fitted.

From the first call to the installation first class service, very quick response and fitted in less than 3 hours. engineer explained full workings and error codes to me and my father in law and left everything clean and tidy. Would fully reccommend Leodis to anybody looking for a stairlift.

Right from the start Leodis gave an excellent service. Sales lady explained the options to us regarding the stairlift as well as payment options. No hard sell, very professional. Fitter arrived on time, very polite, finished fitting the stairlift in the time quoted, explained the workings to my Mum. He was patient and professional. I cannot recommend Leodis highly enough.

My friend Kath Tyreman spoke to Martin on the Friday, Clair the surveyor came on Monday and the stairlift was fitted Tuesday.

From our initial contact with leodis everything went so smoothly Alan who completed the survey was so helpful he answered any questions we had and gve us the best possible solution. Dan who came to fit the stairlift was totally professional and very tidy. The whole experience was very good. We purchased a refurbished stairlift but it is as new and was a set price but looks like new. Overall a great deal and it looks good too.

Did quite a bit of research on stairlift companies and rang half a dozen companies. Decided to go with Leodis for my in-laws stairlift. So glad we did and they did not disappoint!! Claire was lovely and it really is a no pressure visit/sales call, unlike some of the other companies that are still ringing me. They turned up at bang on 10am, the fitter was polite and friendly and left no mess at all. Very reasonable and professional company who we would not hesitate to recommend. It's a big decision getting a stairlift but it was very simple and effortless for us once we called Leodis. They get good reviews because they are a good company. No hard sales pitch, very transparent with pricing, no hidden extras, from phoning them to having it installed it was all done and dusted in 4 days, would have been quicker but the first date didn't work for us. All in all I would give 5 stars from start to finish.
