While you publicly pretend to take customer funds « very seriously », here is what your official support wrote to me directly just a few days ago regarding my €7,000 confiscated:
« The account has been permanently blocked since April and the funds are withheld. This will not change, Lukas. »
« You received the reason for your account closure back in April. Contacting us after several months will not change the situation. »
« You can keep dreaming. »
You validated my French KYC on March 17, accepted my deposits, confiscated my winnings, refused to cooperate with the mediator LCB (case officially closed as UNRESOLVED), and openly mocked me via email.
Do not pretend to « investigate » on Trustpilot to save face. My account ID and emails are in your system. Either release my €7,000, or stop lying to prospective players.
DO NOT DEPOSIT A SINGLE CENT ON LEON CASINO. This site is operating a deliberate, predatory scheme designed to take your deposits and unlawfully confiscate your winnings.

5 Months of Deliberate Evasion: Since April 4, I have received dozens of automated, insulting copy-paste emails claiming the « responsible team is investigating ».
The Ultimate Proof of Incompetence and Bad Faith: After nearly five months of supposedly « investigating », an agent shamelessly replied: « As I checked your verification is in process. What issue do you have? » They don't even open the files; they simply stall until players give up.
Regulatory & Legal Actions Taken:

Ich bin von LeonBet äußerst enttäuscht.
Obwohl ich aufgrund meiner Glücksspielsucht bereits dauerhaft gesperrt war, konnte ich nachweislich drei verschiedene Spielerkonten bei LeonBet eröffnen. Aus meiner Sicht hätte bereits die erste Registrierung verhindert werden müssen. Stattdessen wurden wiederholt neue Konten zugelassen, sodass ich weiterhin am Glücksspiel teilnehmen konnte.
Besonders besorgniserregend ist, dass meine dauerhaften Selbstsperren offenbar nicht wirksam berücksichtigt wurden. Der Sinn einer Selbstsperre besteht darin, gefährdete Spieler vor weiterem Glücksspiel zu schützen. In meinem Fall hat dieses Schutzsystem nach meiner Erfahrung versagt.
Noch enttäuschender ist der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Auf konkrete Fragen – warum mehrere Konten eröffnet werden konnten, welche Prüfungen durchgeführt wurden und weshalb meine Selbstsperren nicht erkannt wurden – erhalte ich keine klaren Antworten. Statt auf den eigentlichen Sachverhalt einzugehen, weicht LeonBet meinen Fragen aus.
Als betroffener Spieler hatte ich erwartet, dass verantwortungsvolles Glücksspiel ernst genommen wird. Meine Erfahrung war leider eine andere.
Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrungen kann ich LeonBet nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass der Betreiber seine Prozesse überprüft und den Schutz gefährdeter Spieler künftig deutlich verbessert.

Initially, my experience with LEON sports betting was excellent. The odds were competitive, there was a good variety of markets, and I never had any issues placing bets. I was quite satisfied with the platform.
However, after making my second withdrawal of around €800 on August 31st, I received a message on LEON just two hours later stating that my account had been restricted due to regulatory reasons—specifically AML policy and clause 2.11—and that I would no longer be able to use the site. When I contacted support, they simply stated that there was no possibility of continuing to bet, without providing a concrete explanation for the decision.
The withdrawal was processed, but it is very disappointing to see an account closed without a clear justification, especially after having used the platform normally.
The experience started off very well but ended in a quite frustrating manner. Due to the lack of transparency, I cannot recommend this site.
