Nao me querem pagar os 30000, ja fizeram correcao para apenas 2000euros
Venho apresentar uma reclamação contra a LEON Casino devido ao bloqueio injustificado da minha conta após acumular aproximadamente 30.000€ em ganhos.
Recebi um email da plataforma a acusar genericamente a minha conta de “fraude” e alegadas violações das políticas anti-branqueamento de capitais. No entanto, até ao momento, a LEON não apresentou qualquer prova concreta, nenhuma transação suspeita, nenhuma explicação objetiva nem qualquer evidência real de atividade fraudulenta.
A minha conta encontrava-se verificada e foi utilizada de forma normal. Nego totalmente qualquer comportamento fraudulento.
A plataforma informou-me que:
* a minha conta será encerrada permanentemente;
* os meus ganhos poderão ser confiscados;
* apenas parte dos depósitos poderá ser devolvida;
* e ainda pretendem cobrar uma taxa de 5%.
Considero esta situação abusiva e inaceitável sem apresentação de provas concretas e transparentes.
Solicitei formalmente:
* a razão exata do bloqueio;
* as alegadas regras violadas;
* todas as provas que sustentam as acusações;
* a base legal/regulamentar para o confisco dos ganhos;
* e confirmação do valor exato retido.
Até ao momento, a LEON não forneceu qualquer explicação concreta.
Solicito:
* transparência total relativamente às acusações;
* libertação dos meus ganhos legítimos;
* e tratamento justo enquanto cliente.
Deixo também um alerta a outros jogadores para terem cuidado, especialmente após ganhos elevados, pois aparenta existir o risco de bloqueio de conta sem justificação clara nem apresentação de provas.

I deposited significant amount into my Leon.bet account and completed full KYC verification with all requested documents. I placed bets in whole numbers only and followed all the rules I was aware of.
After some time, Leon suddenly blocked my account without any prior warning. When I contacted support, they eventually returned only my original deposit and kept the rest of the balance. No clear explanation was provided beyond a generic message.
I was not using any bonuses, multiple accounts, or VPN. I provided every document they asked for, yet my funds were still partially withheld. This feels like an unfair practice — taking profits after accepting my deposit and full verification.
I have contacted support multiple times requesting the full balance and a detailed reason for the block, but the issue remains unresolved. For a licensed betting platform, this level of customer treatment is unacceptable.
I advise other players to be extremely careful with Leon.bet. Small wins or certain betting patterns can apparently lead to account closure and loss of funds.
