I buy expencive shoes. Its not
possible to wear them, because bad quality.
About my problems Le Silla customer service is not reacting.
Ones I send back to le silla, but get back the same bad quality.
After that they are just ignore my emails about they shoes.
Le Silla want to have the money, but not take care about customer, if they have issue with they shoes. I hear from my freins that ghey have similar problems.

Salve, sono una cliente affezionata al brand. Ho avuto un problema con uno stivaletto e scritto al Servizio clienti. Sono stata seguita e mi hanno risolto il problema con la massima professionalità e tempestività.
Confermo e consiglio questo brand a tutte coloro che amano la moda fatta bene :)

I've bought a lot from Le Silla and have always found their products to be of great quality.

Also, their customer support team is helpful and responsive - unlike some other companies in the same business.

Le Silla is also rare in that they seem to value their customers more than some of their competitors, with loyalty codes providing nice discounts on the site and even free gifts being sent out every so often to their most loyal customers.

Ordered boots in December. They would be delivered to me in January (tailored). They are stuck at Italian customs and Lesilla is doing nothing to retrieve them. Unacceptable for £700 shoes. I expected a better customer service.

We bought a pair of shoes from LeSilla for my wife about a year ago. They arrived promptly, great packaging and great product. After about six months it seemed my wife had blemished some of the leather on the heel. Small damage and no fault to LeSilla. I contacted them out of curiosity to see if they had a workshop that could repair the shoes.

They asked for a picture, and confirmed they could in fact fix them as they offered repairs up to 2 YEARS after purchase. I was blown away. I shipped them to LeSilla in Italy and from the date of receipt they had returned them to us within 5 business days completely repaired.

I've never seen such customer service. Absolutely fantastic!

J’ai acheté une paire de mules dorées de la marque Le Silla sur le site YOOX le 29/03/21 à un prix avantageux certes par rapport au prix initial exorbitant, mais la qualité n’étant pas au rendez-vous même à 123€ c’est de l’escroquerie. En effet, bien que très peu portées, il y a une frange en strass dont les lanières tombent une à une et qui en plus égratigne le cuir de la chaussure. Inadmissible quand on sait le prix des chaussures de la marque
