Maria and the team were great in getting me the best deal and at the best time. I started the process early and the mortgage rate dropped twice in this period, they notified me and locked me in to the lower rate both times so I didn't have to worry about anything. Will definitely be using them again!

There was a quick turnaround in terms of securing our mortgage, and she took the time to work through any issues (one lender initially declined our mortgage) and to check in to ensure that things were running smoothly with our purchase. Helen also reviewed the rates to ensure that we were getting the best deal available to us. I could not recommend Helen enough.

Used this firm for a purchase June/July 2024. Very helpful and easy to deal with. We had some changes to the purchase and small complications to the credit scores, all of which were handled extremely well by Helen.

I am self-employed and only set up my business in 2020 and didn't have the normal 2 years of accounts, this worried me at first until I was expertly guided by a mortgage advisor who knew her lenders and chose the right lender for me who approved my 1st mortgage application in just 5 short days. When that purchase fell through I had to reapply for another mortgage when i found a more expensive property and that application approval took 2 days.
