Very poor on giving a refund

Very poor on giving a refund, they tried everything in the book but to give a refund. wanted me to cancel my claim with paypal before they sent money.

Would recommend no one use them, they are a bad firm

To my amazement they said the would send another throw in the right colour free of charge. What a refreshing change to deal with a company who puts the consumer first

Feel happy with it already

I've only been using this product for about a week or so, & I feel that it's just starting to make a little difference already. Will take a while, but I feel it may work on my hair. It's fine, but not falling out in a large amount, but want it thicker. Happy so far ....

Great service. The first one came all damaged but you were quick to respond and replace it swiftly with a replacement and delivered so quick too.

I've had 3 now from Temu

I've had 3 now from Temu. All 3 have been a total waste of money. They only last 1-2 weeks. I've got one from Argus and perfect. Buy cheap, and get rubbish

Terrible company

Terrible company
Got a product that is faulty.
Tried to send back for a refund after going back and forth with customer service was offered a partial refund with no return which I agreed.
Still not received refund 2 weeks later and now have ai as customer service.
Terrible terrible service.
