Sachin was really helpful when I needed help on a saturday evening and he resolved my issue. Really appreciate the service.
The performance on Levamo is nearly unmatched--I've tested a lot of web hosts and only ever seen one that can compare. They do have an AI chat bot, which I dislike and try to bypass as quickly as... Toon meer

Levamo (formerly Rapyd Cloud) is managed cloud hosting built for dynamic WordPress sites. Created by the team behind BuddyBoss, we launched in 2024 after years of running one of WordPress's largest community platforms — and hitting the limits of traditional hosting along the way. So we built our own. Levamo is engineered for the workloads that push ordinary hosts to their limits: WooCommerce stores, eLearning platforms, membership sites, and busy communities with logged-in users, personalized content, and constant API traffic. Server-level LiteSpeed caching, KeyDB Object Cache, Cloudflare's Enterprise-grade CDN, and auto-scaling resources keep your site fast even during traffic spikes — with DDoS protection, a Web Application Firewall, and malware scanning protecting every layer. Every plan includes free migration, 24/7 expert live chat, and a 3-day free trial backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Enterprise-grade performance, without the enterprise complexity.

The support team is second to none! they are fast and complete

Within hours of migrating to Rapyd we encountered major tech issues. The first being a serious privacy breach which I was informed affected 99 other sites.
We then had 2 further issues all 3 Rapyd admitted full liability .
They advertise “24/7 customer support” and reliable service availability, but in my experience this is false and misleading. Their system caused technical issues that disrupted the use of my platform, and despite repeated attempts to obtain support, I have received minimal help being ignored for weeks.
I was financially out of pocket as had to pay refunds. My app was ‘down’ numerous times . I had to demand a zoom call to put things right
The CEO ignored me and the head of customer service has ignored me since DEC 2025
Thank god we have now left them. The worse company I’ve dealt with in 11 yr of business.
It actually made me physically and mentally sick dealing with them for 4 months. My reputation was almost ruined. I reached out to all the CEO ‘s who ignored me bar one but then never followed up. The damage they caused cost me over £700 to pay my developer to put right. They refused to cover her costs yet thought they were generous by offering 3 months hosting
We have a Google file of over 200 emails . Oh and they don’t work weekends despite their advert of 24/7 support. So if there’s a major issue Friday don’t expect help until the following week.

While the AI bot isn't too helpful, repeating the same advice over and over although I'd already said it hadn't worked, once I was transferred to an actual person the service was first class. Sachin was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes and get everything back on track. Thank you, Sachin!
We had been with Rapyd.Cloud running a very large news site since version 1, for almost a year. IN the beginning, their team was helpful, although our team was constantly helping them debug their new infrastructure. Their support team engaged well and consistently.
At first, all seemed well, and it seemed we were getting good value for our money and building a long-term relationship.
However, in November of 2025, everything seems to have gone completely down hill with the implmentation of their new stack and updated and confusing dashboards. In the last 2 months, they essentially forced us to upgrade to their new v2 dashboard and stack and migrated our systems without our confirmation. We then experienced site outages for several weeks and could not figure out why.
Finally, we were told that we had suddenly run out of disk space since the lower V2 had lower limits????? In addition, the migration team left the old sites' .zip files on the new site, which almost doubled the space. We struggled to get them to modify something to put us back in a good spot.
Their support team, although capable, has been stretched thin, is hard to reach, and a few new individuals aren't even technical enough to fix issues. Their CDN, based on NOC.org, gave us issues; we had to turn off their WAF. They removed Elastic Search. And we ended up with frequent browser errors due to constant disconnections with the REDIS object cache. We finally had to turn that off.
It took their customer success team 3 weeks to get back to us with an offer of FREE disk space for the next 3 months. Something that was originally included. In addition, there was then no disk space to create a staging environment for testing. Put our team on edge for weeks.
Their team politically apologizes and says nice things, but they never actually fix the issues. Just because they are software extenders of BuddyPress through their "BuddyBoss" project doesn't mean they know how to build robust infrastructure for scalable, dynamic WordPress-based websites.
Our team would recommend using another provider.
A LiteSpeed Enterprise server with LiteSpeed cache, object cache, and the QUIC CDN with a Redis backend on Hostinger made our BuddyBoss and publishing system far surpass the performance we were getting with Rapyd. QUIC cdn give us dynamic pages on the edge. With absolutely no storage issues and very good support.
Perfect, Literally next level. These guys know their stuff.

Service and Support at Rapyd Cloud were so bad that I ended up moving. Their support team individuals are great, but the technology is flawed. Our team waited 3 weeks for the customer service team to get back to us to resolve the issues. They never did. We went from a Rapyd Cloud Litespeed server, LScache, opcache, KeyDB (Redis), and Rapyd CDN (noc.org system) on a 2-CPU, 30 GB file storage, 50 GB backup, 8GB RAM with 100 PHP Workers, with lots of interruptions with errors from the Noc, misfires from the WAF, and problems with the CDN, all at one point, leading us to have them shut them off.
We moved to a Hostinger Cloud Litespeed server, LSCache, opcache, QUIC CDN with a remote Redis connection, 6 CPU, 300 GB of file storage, 16 GB of system RAM, 300 PHP Workers for much less than it cost with Rapyd Cloud, and with similar support and some new AI tools. The price annually was two months of the new pricing for Rapyd Cloud v2. We have plenty of room to grow the site now.

Terrible customer service. Takes days between responses. They don't work weekend even though it say 365/24/7 on their website. Just lies.
I've been paying for almost two months now and they still can't get anything to work. Literally hasn't worked. Ridiculous.
Their backend is broken. I added a domain then couldn't delete it. I set my name servers correctly but their system never recognized that. I tried customers service for 11 days going back and forth with Indians who clearly get paid by closing tickets instead of solving issues.
I'm asking for a full refund, but they have no way to cancel or get a refund!
I'm now working with their payment processor to file a complaint and get a refund.

Update Edit: Yes, only after this review did they reach out to me. Only to tell me that they've now given me a 'credit' for more than $700 for the plan I already purchased to provide the same storage capacity as before. Which means, that my plan automatically would go up by $700 to keep the same resources when it expires. (and mind you, this was only because I actually noticed and spotted that they quietly removed my storage allowance.. I can't imagine what they did to others who didn't pay attention). They've acknowledged their mistakes in their email from Head Success Coach- Phillip Bouchard: "For disk space, we made mistakes in how this was handled. The intended approach was to apply the required disk add-ons needed to complete the migration safely, free of charge through the end of the current billing period. If more space was needed or requested, we would add that as well, free up to the legacy limit, until the renewal date. This approach was meant to avoid automatically stacking paid add-ons at renewal for customers who did not need them. However, this approach broke down for multi-year customers, including you. And to make things worse, our team did not explain your available options clearly." So they admit they messed up. In response, to make their wrongs right, I asked for a prorated refund for the time left in my contract. I think that would be the most fair and honourable thing they could do- considering I lost money with migration to another site, and time, because they delayed in responding to me. Needless to say, it's been weeks and they're silent again. Please find anyone else. Full story below.

Just Don't. Look elsewhere. I promise anywhere but here. Look, I've had a decent experience with them so far- they've been helpful with chat support. So the added one star. But sneaky guys here... Recently, they claimed to do a migration to a new dashboard "Rapyd Cloud 2.0"... I get an email before they do this fancy migration- that I "go over my storage limits repeatedly so they encourage me to get a higher plan (twice the price) otherwise my performance of my site may suffer". I ask them for proof of my exceeding my storage allowance (because I monitor this DAILY, and knew I never once went above it)... they come back with "oh apologies - that message was sent out automated." Automated? You mean to say, you told ALL YOUR USERS that they exceed their storage allowance just so they'd upgrade to the higher plan?? Then they say, "no problem, you can remain on the same plan". Ok Sherlock... I will. And then- they migrate. I'm on 2.0 - woohoo. Guess what they did? My original 100GIG plan? On a 3 year contract? Well they silently, sneakily, conveniently throttled me down to 40GIGS and didn't say a damn thing about it. I've submitted tickets and complaints and nothing. No response. It's been a week already of this stupidity. Very sneaky guys. Oh and lastly, because I'm shopping around, and using 'trial hosts', I'm sitting and putting my site everywhere.... in every other host- my site is 8.81GIGS.. 8! But on Rapyd- guess what their dashboard reveals? They claim I use 30Gigs. Pressable shows 8.. Rocket shows 8.. my downloaded copy of my site from All in One WP export shows 8... but Rapyd says I use 30GIGS. Huh... beat that. And because they likely inflated the numbers from the BEGINNING- that's why I got conned into purchasing that stupid 100GIG plan on a 3 year contract for an 8GIG site.

My WordPress setups run steady here, even the heavier ones. Support answers quick and actually knows what they’re doing, so I stick with them.

Would give 0 if it would be possible. So very sad to see a company with clear vision and amazing mindset switch so fast.
Been with Rapyd since their launch, my site was not even live yet but i still chose to support them by paying the full sub that would be suitable for a live site. Spent thousands of $$$ just so when i missed one payment once (bc i thought i lost my wallet so the card got frozen) they turned off my site after 4 (FOUR) days. Then when I switched to a different plan, they failed to migrate me. Been since monday and my site is still not up, support is opened with 4 (FOUR AGAIN) people who are literally just ignoring me.
Ever since their mighty launch to V2, their service went downhill. Also paying 149 USD for 40 gigs of SSD is DIABOLICAL. You can literally get a server with 8 times more RAM, 20 (yes, TWENTY) times more SSD for HALF THE PRICE LMAO.
All and all, Rapyd went from a great service with amazing support to bleak corporate giant who cashed in on bb customers with false promises only to backtrack on most of the promises in their V2 (cut most of the paid stuff so now you pay the same sub for even less, yay!)
Also, Rapyd socials person, Im sorry, I know this is not your fault and I know you prolly have to reply to this, but I swear if I hear (we're sorry we're busy bc of the migration) yeah, i heard that on Monday (its sunday btw) when you promised to turn on my site, newsflash, what you did was copy-paste it just to break the site and make it completely useless.
People, if you know someone around you who's at least a bit tech savvy, just get dedicated server and let them set it up, heck even paying someone to do it will be better at the very end, trust me!

The whole experience is just outstanding; any issues I've had... often from my own doing, they have helped me sort out and also helped me understand what went wrong. Love everything about Rapyd, never going back to my old host.

Paid for premium hosting, yet the site goes down almost every day. Yesterday, the entire system was down for six hours, and at one point, support completely stopped responding.
On another occasion, they put our homepage into maintenance mode without notifying us, and it took us a whole day to even realize it.
I've lost over $15,000 because of the landing pages stoped working.
While support is usually decent, the overall reliability is unacceptable for something mission critical. I would not recommend Rapyd.
Never host your mission critical websites with Rapyd.

By the time I reach out to your team for support I'm usually very anxious and somewhat struggle with communication. I really appreciate Sachin's patience, clear communication, and dedication to solving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible!

This host has no idea what they are doing.
Our clients have lost countless amounts of money (I stopped counting at $50,000.
This platform has never worked, every single possible issue we could have run into, we ran into.
Support is useless, they're working on so many cases at the same time that it'll take hours for a simple request. They'll say they're working on it every time you check in, but they're ignoring it.
They've broken so many of our websites.
They charge a premium cost, and give a cheap product.

I run a digital agency and have used a lot of different hosting setups for different WordPress sites. Rapyd is by far the best. It's a great server for complex websites, and their support is top-notch.
