I returned my orders, and suddenly the driver said he is outside. Then he started to disrespect and left also cancelled the returned order.complaints were raised officially and waiting for action to be taken.

Level shoes delivers your order faster. Their prices are reasonable. They communicate with the customer if the order is not there in their stock or if they don't have the size of the colour being ordered by the customer

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with your app and the overall experience I had while trying to resell brand-new items through your platform.

First of all, the process is incredibly time-consuming and inefficient. It took over three weeks just to receive a pricing offer for brand new, never-used items. To make matters worse, the offer I received was shockingly low and completely unacceptable, especially considering the items were in perfect, unused condition.

What’s even more unacceptable is that the payout is split between a small cash amount and store credit – something that was not made clear at all before pickup. I rejected the offer, and I was told I’d have to pay for the return delivery – which I did, fine. But now, I’m being told I must wait another two weeks just to get my items back? That’s over six weeks wasted, and I still don’t have my property in hand.

And here’s the worst part: now I can’t return the shoes elsewhere because you’ve labeled them under a lower valuation. Your process is not just inconvenient – it’s deceptive, and your customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful.

If you’re going to run a business like this, the policies need to be made clear upfront, especially before collecting items. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I feel completely taken advantage of.

I expect a resolution – either a faster return of my items without delay, or proper compensation for the time, money, and stress this has caused.

It’s been over 22 days, and I’m still waiting for a refund on an order that was canceled the same day it was placed.

Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, every customer service representative keeps extending the refund window—even though the official communication clearly states that refunds are processed within 7 days.

Do Not Order from Level Shoes – My Honest Experience

I want to share my honest experience with Level Shoes, and I strongly advise others not to order anything from them.

This company has shown a complete lack of responsibility. They sent me defective products, and when I asked for a refund, they simply ignored the request. Even after filing complaints with government consumer protection authorities, they acted as if they didn’t care.

For a second time, I placed another order, returned it properly, and received an email saying the refund was processed — but no money ever arrived in my account. When I contacted them, they just told me to “check with my bank,” which was nothing more than an excuse. I checked multiple times — no refund. So now I’m left with no product and no money.

Their emails may sound polite, but the reality is: they don’t take responsibility, and they don’t respect their customers.

This has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. If you’re thinking of buying from Level Shoes — don’t. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. There are much more reliable companies out there.

Absolutely, horrible service. I packed my shoes myself to the bag, five people passed me to each other couldn’t find my reserve shoes for one hour. They treated me like I’m there for a favor. I bought the shoe but never ever I’m coming back to the store ,not even one percent Luxury service.

I want to write a very bad review about this store.last time we've ordered a valentino slipper and we recieved it with damage . The won't change it after many calls the bring it with another damage.
And today my husband he ordered it another one they called him and they said the slipper that we want to send has a little damage can u accept it?? Really ?? How come a big company they call a customer to inform him that the item he s gonna recieve it with a damage? Are they waiting to say yes it's OK?

After reaching out via email, I received a response within just 12 hours. Mohamed was incredibly responsive and professional. We exchanged a few emails, and Mohamed then took the extra step of personally calling me to resolve the issue.

Despite their best efforts to find the correct size (which turned out to be quite rare and hard to find), they were unfortunately unable to source it. Level Shoes went above and beyond, offering a shipping label for a return and processing a full refund without any hassle.

I have order shoes from them. Was rated i got socks and a thank you letter with keyring. Thank you with all the other reviews i though takkies down the drain. But thank you i love it. I will order again and it is my size.

Do not under any circumstance order from this company. They refused 2 returns of shoes which had not been worn for more than 2 minutes to try them on inside my home. They are thieves and when they finally returned the expensive laboutin shoes to me they were disgustingly thrown into the box without care. The customer service is appalling…avoid avoid avoid.

I bought trainers on 12th April, said will be delivered today 18th April. I checked email, and said they were delivered on the 13th and I’m in Glasgow, I didn’t have any delivery. I emailed them they said they didn’t recognise my order number or my name and address. So I sent them a screenshot of my order, payment ect. They emailed back said they made a mistake, they are supposed to be here today. I checked the DHL tracking they have now provided, and it’s saying on hold, I don’t even know on hold where. Service is shocking, don’t even know if and when I will receive my trainers £186, and still no trainers. I contacted DHL International today, they said they haven’t even created a shipping invoice yet. So I’ve had to email Level shoes again, to create a shipping invoice, I’m not happy at all. Well my trainers arrived today, 22nd April,they are beautiful but the service hasn’t been great

I am always promising myself not to order from them ever again, but this was really the last time I had anything to do with them.
My previous experiences were terrible also, even though they promise next day delivery I always had to wait weeks for the orders to arrive.
This time I sent a shoe for them to sell, which they informed me they have a proposal about, which I can check in my profile, but the proposal was not there, so of course I couldn't accept nor reject anything. After requesting them to sort out the issue for weeks (you can guess without success) they kept selling me reminders that if I don't accept the proposal they will automatically accept it on my behalf and start selling it!!! Even though I kept sending them emails of the issue, I've asked them multiple times, to send the proposal in email then, so I can have a look at it. They always reply to the email of course, but they do not aim to help, they just want to "show" they care when they don't.
My case is still not resolved and waiting for my shoe to arrive back or to be compensated for the 4,100 AED loss.

The best service ever! They have 90 minutes delivery and they delivered my order even in less than 90 minutes. Loved their products and the website as well. Highly recommended!
