Matt and his team all made a stressful moving day, less stressful.
They were calm, professional and went the extra mile when met with difficult situations taking fridge doors off and on again and more.
They were respectful of carpeting with taking their shoes on and off a huge amount of times. They were personable, helpful and ended up staying late with us due to a late completion time of part of the chain.
We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more from a removals company, I would recommend to everyone!!!

We got in touch with Matt and the team after they were recommended by a former colleague of Matt’s, and we’re so glad we did - we were really stressed about the move and they helped us get through it with ease, and they even dealt with the stairs at our apartment! We were apprehensive about the choice to go with movers at first but they definitely proved the recommendation right. They helped us move from Liverpool all the way back to North Wales.

They communicated well before, during, and after the move, and gave us great tips on the process, too, as we’d not done it before. They helped us manage belongings in the right way and all those things you don’t think about due to the stress of a move. They even provided full proof of insurance and paperwork upfront without me asking, which made us feel instantly reassured when they arrived and got straight to it! Great communication and overall a great job done, I'lll be recommending them to anyone who I know who's moving.

A smooth process from start to finish with Matt Lewis and his colleagues! First, I was pleased to get such clear communication from the start, outlining how they worked and how they would take care of everything. They then turned up exactly when expected, packed and unpacked the van quickly and carefully and helped with extras like putting up a bedframe, moving items again when I'd changed my mind (!), installing my washing machine and even helping me out with an unexpected leak from an already installed dishwasher which was nothing to do with them!

I used them twice, once to move items between London and mid Wales and then shortly after to move items from mid Wales to Edinburgh! They made it seem smooth and easy and did a fantastic job.

We moved house last week and were SO glad we chose Matt to help us. I had contacted a few removal companies and most got back to me with a reply of a few words. Matt offered to come to our house to look at what needed moving. He immediately made me feel at ease. He was very understanding when our moving date changed and always got back to us via messenger quickly. On the day of moving Matt and Kev made the day SO much less stressful. Their friendly personalities and banter went down so well with all of my family. They wrapped everything up and took care of all the heavy lifting in both houses. They asked where we wanted everything put in the new house. Nothing was too much of an ask. Whilst my dad was assembling our son's cot, a piece of wood broke in half. Matt came to the rescue with gorilla glue and a clamp. We used his storage boxes. I didn't realise how much extra "stuff" we had what wasn't boxed up so they were very useful.
I really can't recommend Matt enough. His service is faultless. If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional company to help you move, who is also friendly and full of fun banter theb look no further. Thanks so much Matt!
