I had a very disappointing experience with Lewkin.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and, as a customer based in Denmark, I expected the sizing to be suitable for the European market since they ship internationally. However, the fit was completely off. I ordered a size S and I am usually XS/S and I am 1.65m tall, which is actually below average height for women in Denmark, and still the jeans were far too short and slightly too small. This suggests that the sizing is not properly adapted for customers outside of Asia, even though the products are clearly being sold to a global market.

What makes this even more frustrating is the return process. There is no proper return label or simple return system. Instead, customers have to arrange and pay for returns themselves. I ended up paying 175 DKK (23,42€) just to return items that cost me 110€, which is a significant and unreasonable extra cost on top of an already disappointing purchase.

Overall, the combination of misleading sizing and expensive, inconvenient returns makes the experience very poor. I would not recommend this company to European customers or customers outside of Asia.
