This is the third time Luke and Sam have been round to deal with our cherry tree. As always, they did a great job. The tree looks so much better and the garden lighter.

Luke and Sam cut back our cherry tree and trimmed an overgrown jasmine. They were brilliant throughout. Communications were very clear, and they checked and completed the paperwork on the tree as we're in a conservation area. On the day, they were very professional, checking what was required, protecting internal floors and tidying up and removing all cuttings. Our garden is looking much happier and lighter! I have a plum tree that needed thinning as well as some wisteria and hedge cutting/removal. Luke guided me through the options and he and his colleague, Sam, did an excellent unintrusive job and left the house and garden very tidy. A fantastic job at a good price, thoroughly recommended.

Luke was so professional and responsive and proactive. He and his team were a real pleasure to work with and went over and above with carrying out the job of managing two mature Lime Trees with awkward access in a London garden, and tidying up a decades old and unkept Wisteria. They also left everything neat and tidy. We would highly recommend Luke.

Luke and Sam did an excellent job removing and pruning several large trees in my garden and obtaining the necessary permissions from the council to do so, with the property being in a conservation area. Luke’s initial consultation was very helpful and informative, enabling me to think through the various options. On the day of works, Luke and Sam were punctual, amiable and efficient. Everything was left clean and tidy with very minimal disruption to myself or my neighbours. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LG trees again for future work and would be happy to recommend them.

Luke is proper and professional to deal with. He was very thorough in making arrangements to prune our hawthorn tree. After getting the Council permission for the works for us, on the day he operated safely, created a great shape of the crown of the tree and was a great pleasure to have working in our garden. We will be working with him again, soon I hope.

Brilliant service - totally recommend Luke and his team.
Provided an estimate quickly and efficiently. Easy to arrange a suitable time and there were clear instructions on what would be needed.
We had a large philadelphus shrub tree removed. They made short work of it and dealt with the neighbours honeysuckle without too much damage (it was growing into our tree for support).
They were very careful not to cause damage removing cuttings through the house and provided a complete and thorough clean up.
Totally delighted with their hard work which was reasonably priced.

We’ve used LG Trees at least 4 times over 5+ years and have always had a very good service from them. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. They’ve given us good advice regarding both our apple and willow tree, which continue to thrive under their work. They are very pleasant and non-intrusive when working, and leave everything clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Luke and his team ( Sam in our case) arrived on time and completed job ( pollarding lime tree) with a minimum of disruption leaving no mess. This is our third or fourth experience of their work and we would not choose anyone else for tree work. Not only was the work well done ( and with a smile or two) but Luke decided to reduce the price as he judged the job to be more straightforward than expected. And they cleared our front garden of fallen leaves as a bonus . Fantastic.

Luke was brilliant, helping us trim and neaten a very large laurel hedge in our back garden, and advise on how to care for two shielding trees in a raised bed. Straightforward, reliable and lovely to deal with. Would recommend.
