SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Everything you read is true. Products are all JUNK! The pics are very deceiving.
Too bad you don't allow zero rating, they would have it if so. Also, YES they hike up the return fees to MORE THAN you paid for the item(s) bought to get you to not return, but only after you waste at least a week, possibly two weeks trying to get customer service in China to return your email. They are a SCAM!!

I ordered the Flying Garden Pilot. Their photograph represented a three dimensional Snoopy in a biplane.
I was delivered a two dimensional product that looked nothing like the photograph. Classic bait and switch.
Their solution? Ship it back to China for a cost of $50 to $80, even though I only paid $10 to have it shipped to my house, on top of the $54 ( including tax ) purchase price.

Can I give this below a zero? Because that’s what this deserves. I got completely ripped off. I ordered the 250 Year Anniversary product. The website claims it’s an American company and the video made it look like a decent product.

What I actually got? A bunch of cheap bottles with stickers slapped on them—nothing like what was advertised. This is a scam, plain and simple. I seriously doubt I’ll get my money back. I wouldn’t trust these clowns to sell slime, let alone anything of value.

I ordered 3 of the 250 anniversary decanters with the fancy caps that looked like crowns for $105.99. They were very cheap bottles with uneven decals stuck on them. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to return them to China at the cost of 50 to 80 dollars and offered me a $10.00 refund instead.

I ordered two of the 250th Anniversary decanters; but I received two cheap bottles with labels glued on instead of what was , pictured. This is a classic case of "bait and switch" fraud.

I will return the fakes when I receive the needed information once provided. The next step will be to refer this to our State Attorney General to report the fraudulent business.

Extremely long wait for delivery. No communication from seller. When items arrived all three were missing the tops. Not worth having without the tops. No reply from emails sent to get items or refund. Complete waste of time and money!!!

This company is a ripoff. I ordered the "1x Olygee We The People 250" Flask and it appeared to come for the USA not China. I received a cheap Temu version and is no way close to the one pictured in the ad. I paid $63.97 for an item I see is now available at Walmart for under $13!! To return it would be stupid and further loss of my money. They offered me $8 credit to smooth me over. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Received a totally downgraded "We The People 250 Decanter". Not the same as pictured on the original ordering page. As far as returning-no info on how or where to return. Item# and product is no longer on their site. Also no receipt/return slip in box. Site is a fraud?!

I ordered the Olygee Fullguard Beanie from LIBIYI on 1/28. The total cost was $34.99, plus $9.99 shipping and $4.00 tax.
The beanie I received did not match the quality shown in the product photos. The knitting was sloppy, and the brim would not stay in place — it kept falling down over my eyes, making it difficult to see. When I put it on I heard threads snapping which sounded like seams tearing. The overall appearance and construction were noticeably lower quality than advertised.
When I contacted LIBIYI about a refund, I was told I would need to pay return shipping to China, which they indicated would cost approximately $50–$80 - that's more than the original cost of the product, making a return and refund unrealistic. Instead they offered me $8.00. After reading several of these reviews I see a pattern. They charge $4 for taxes (not sure what that is based on) and offer $8 if you are not satisfied with their product.
I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before I made the purchase.
Fortunately since I paid via PayPal they (PP) are refunding me the $34.99.

Sadly, I purchased a product that the seller falsified. The name of the seller is Libiyi.com It showed a beautiful piece for Halloween that was carved in Wood but when I received it, it was a picture of the original piece pasted onto plywood. When I asked to return this piece to the company, they sent me an email saying that I could return it to a China address, the piece did not come from China when it was delivered. And they explained that for the amount of money I paid I would only be refunded $8.00. And I had to pay for the shipping charges back to China when it did not come from China. The name of the piece was Olygee Witches.
They portrayed the actual photos of the plaque of carved out witches and scenery, but came as a flat picture on a piece of plywood. In trying to return it and get my money back they responded with my sending it back to an address in China and I would only get refunded $8 , which was their shipping fee paid to them with the amount of the piece. I am not sending it back as it would cost me double of what I paid for this cheap piece to China plus shipping and again would only reimburse me $8. You purchase it from a company in the country, but unfortunately it really comes from China and they do not tell you. Unfortunately, knowing that it will cost more to send it back than I will get back I am keeping it and losing out on my money.

I received items that look absolutely nothing like what I ordered and do not perform as advertised. The items sent are very cheap knockoffs sent from China.
I have sent emails to their customer support however I have not received any response back from them to date.
Libiyi is simply a scam. Do not purchase any items through their web site.

They make it sound like you are getting a nice Patriotic wreath. It is a piece of cardboard! What a joke!

Another SCAM from China. Received mine today nothing like advertised. Painted on hard cardboard had broken pieces. Price is more than American made.

I am writing about the "Libiyi Brave Wings Wreath". There is a long written narrative online about a man, whose grandfather and father both served in the U.S. Army, fought in wars and had difficulty adjusting back to civilian life, both helped by veterans support group. The father "is a skillful craftsman, particularly adept at making wooden artifacts". The narrative says, "Each eagle wreath is handmade by my father and me in our spare time. Then, we sell these wreaths online." Further, they donate 10% of the profits from each eagle sold "to the veteran organizations that helped us". This ad says they designed and craft the Brave Wings Wreath to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army (June 2025). Yet, a similar ad says they designed and craft the Renewed Wings Wreath for Easter, because they "have seen too many inferior imports flood the market, a stark contrast to the American-made quality we hold dear." People should know that this narrative is a made-up story, invented to tug at Americans' patriotism and sell products that are actually shipped from Hong King, from where Libiyi (company) also sells and ships everything from shoes to mugs to toys to medical devices and electronics -- much like Shein or Temu. Thus, it is UNLIKELY (tho I can't prove it) Libiyi donates anything to U.S. Veteran support organizations, which they do not identify. If you Google "Libiyi Brave Wings Wreath" or "Libiyi Renewed Wings Wreath", you'll find a link that shows these wreaths are sold on Amazon, but clicking on the links take you to Amazon's "OOPS" page, which means it is NOT sold by Amazon; instead it refers you to Amazon's homepage.

I started to order 1 Wreath, figuring I would order more if the quality was good. I stopped when I saw they added $10 for shipping, an additional 50% of the "sale" cost of the item.

It may be a lovely product, as it appears in the photos. However, customers should understand that they are NOT made in the USA by a veteran father and his son "in their spare time", but rather shipped from Hong Kong, which was returned to China in July 1997. (Likely these are mass-produced in China.) Buyer beware.

Libiyi Order SU376282. The items are pure junk, poor quality, made in China. Sizing is way off. Over priced for the poor quality. It is impossible to reach their support line. There is no valid return or refund policy. You have to pay 50 to 80 dollars to return items to China for refund or exchange. They instead offer you 15 dollars and your stuck with the items. Buyers beware. Libiyi US has been identified as a scam and fraudulent, selling your information to nefarious individuals in China.
DO NOT do business with this company! Might as well throw your money away. Product is trash. Do business with a US company and buy American made. I will be reporting this to credit card company and to FTC.
