I can have no complaints with the order I made for a minix figurine.The item came very well packaged with the boxed item very well protected inside to avoid any damage.It was a small order,relatively cheap and they went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in perfect condition.I will most certainly use this company again.5 stars

The book i ordered was in perfect condition.
Only down side it took 3 weeks to arrive which is ok as i wasnt finished the 2nd book in the series but i would of liked to know how long it does take to deliver.

Everything was fine, I ordered a board game, it arrived well packaged and approximately on time. I was a little disappointed with the status updates on my order on the website, and the delivery time is very approximate, I would like it to be more precise. The parcel was delivered on the last day of the deadline. In the end I got what I wanted, thank you!

I was waiting for over a month for…
I was waiting for over a month for books to arrive. This is too long to be waiting for an order to arrive. At no point was I informed when ordering that there would be a longer than usual wait time due to the books being sourced in the USA! Furthermore, the website purports to be a European website! An extremely distrustful way to do business.
