Connect Call simply doesn't connect. I have struggled repeatedly to use Connect Call for interviews. I either can't let someone in the room or it says that they are not there when they are. We have spent 15 min or more trying to work this out and even have sent new links. It's embarrassing. Contacted support and they said maybe I should try Zoom or another service to record the call. That was half the reason I chose Lisbyn. I like the Studio, but I'm trying to decide if I should move to another hosting service altogether as I'm now paying for Zoom too.
