Absolutely go, as I got a quick resolution. Accidentally, I bought the Windows version and got a quick resolution to update to the Mac version. Furthermore, the latest 2024 version. Highly recommended for quick service and on-time resolution.

I purched a Office Key from Groupon in October only to be told This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid. I have contacted Tom several times but no reply, is there even a Tom?

It's been some time since my purchase. I have only high praise for this product (Office 2024 Professional Plus - Lifetime Use for One Windows PC) *and* for the customer service support. Special shout out to David for exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness! I would absolutely purchase from License Tom again.

License Tom went above my expectations. They were prompt to respond and resolve my download issue, even though, as my daughter would say, the problem was a "carbon based user error." I highly recommend them for anyone looking for affordable software licenses and excellent customer service.

I purchased Microsoft 365 off of Groupon for a good price but they sent me the Windows version instead of Mac. David kindly offered to send me the correct version only after I leave a positive review. You'll definitely save some money but it's and interesting system they seem to have going...

I purchased Office 2024 for my Mac from License Tom on Groupon. Once I made the purchase I was sent a code. I sent that code to License Tom support email address. They replied within 5 minutes with the instructions. I skipped one step because my Mac was brand new and I didn’t think it had 365 on it because I never downloaded it. Turns out it was on the computer. DON’T SKIP THE UNINSTALL STEP. It only takes about 2 minutes depending on your internet speed. Follow all the instructions and you’ll be up and running within 10 minutes. I did email them twice. Once for the software and once for help when I skipped the uninstall step. David was quick to reply with detailed instructions. I will be posting this on Groupon as well. Thanks again.

Purchased an MS Office standard license and it was easy to install and activate. Only draw back is it is for a single computer and cannot be transferred. If you format or switch devices, a new product key will be needed so you should contact their support first for any options available.

These guys are a professional, and with no doubt they back up their products with support and legit services. I absolutely recommend them for anyone who’s looking for the product they offer and for myself I’ll definitely be back to get some more for my family. Thank you guys for everything.

Oh wow! the whole process was so easy. The longest part (you gave warning) was downloading office on to my machine and that really took no time at all. I'm extremely happy with the process and the great price!

I purchased the Office 2024 Plus. The instructions were pretty simple. After the install I was having difficulty updating the product. I replied to the email with the activation code indicating the error. Within 2 minutes I obtained a response with a new code and detailed instructions. It worked perfectly.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I had an issue at 11 PM, I figured I wouldn’t receive a response to my inquiry until Monday at the earliest.
