Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd Reviews

I Want to thank Joseph and his team for the outstanding quality of work on a new roof installation.
Steve carried out the works for me and he was a pleasure to deal with. Explaining things through out the project and taking good care of the project.
Highly recommend

Exceptional work carried out, arrived on time, respectful, got the job done within the time frame, would highly recommend

Deciding to replace the roof on our early 70s house was a big step, but Joe at Lichfield Waterproofing made the entire process effortless. From the initial visit, Joe was honest, informative, and offered a very competitive price for both a new roof and gutters.

Communication was top-notch—we received clear written information regarding logistics, warranties, and aftercare. The scaffolding, materials, and skip arrived perfectly on schedule, and the crew got straight to work the next day. They were polite, fast, and kept everything remarkably clean. Joe even took me up on the scaffolding to show me the completed work up close. Fantastic quality and service. Highly recommended!

I’d been dealing with issues on my flat roof since last year and unfortunately made the mistake of going with a cheaper company first. The work wasn’t great, and when problems came back, they were nowhere to be found. I tried another company after that, but it was only a temporary fix.
After months of searching, mostly getting responses asking me to send photos instead of properly checking the roof, I came across Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd on Instagram. Joseph came out to take a look in person, explained everything clearly, and even suggested some improvements I hadn’t considered. That gave me a lot more confidence.
The team were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a really high standard, and I’m genuinely pleased with the result.
I’d definitely recommend Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd without hesitation. Thanks to Joseph and the team for a great job.
