Why can you buy this product online at eBay and many other sites for between $6 to $20 yet the company charges so much . People need to google before buying anything

All I want to say is that I was so excited to try this cream!
When I received it in the mail, I washed my face and tried it right away.
Holy crap! All it does is completely dry your face out and make your skin worse. The next morning my fine lines were much more noticable! All the reviews on LifeCells website are lies. I tried clicking on some of the people's FB profiles who are leaving these AMAZING reviews, and guess what... Some profiles are fake or just recently created. I truly believe Lifecell is creating fake FB accounts to make their company look great! All models on their website are photoshopped or have makeup packed on their face! Lifecell cream does not work! Trust me!! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking people's hard earned money and trading it out for a crappy product! I wrote this review on their website to try and warn other's, and LifeCell removed my review. Go figure! 😡

Managing my account:
I had a live chat with a lifecell representative on their website. I asked for instructions for logging into my account and was told I had no access. I then expressed that I wanted to understand if I had been signed up for a subscription. I really didn't know. I was informed that I had been and I requested to cancel the subscription because I was in the first 30 days of evaluating the product. I also told the rep that I was loving the product and recommending it to friends and family. She then told me my subscription had been cancelled and blocked from receiving future promotions as if I was trying to steal something I wasn't entitled to receive. After giving her the feedback that I didn't understand that the order placed required me to sign up for a subscription she replied that it WAS clear...... Remember, I chatted lifecell to seek to understand something that was NOT obvious to me as a new customer. Very sad and I will not be placing another order for a product I am really liking due to a terrible rep who continued arguing with me for about 15 to 20 minutes.

ALL of this companies ads are photoshopped. I am a photographer, and can tell, but all you have to do is look closely.. the hair growth is exactly the same on each model, despite the photos being taken on day 1 and then again at day 72 or day 90. They remove my comments on FB and Instagram when I call them out. Do not buy... its all a lie.

Totalt scam.

I ordered anti-aging on 11/28/2022 refused shipment as instructed by company. Received another charge on my credit card on 1/29/2023 called company on 2/15/2023 they said don't open it and return it...I never received the shipment. The phone number on my credit card statement is no longer in service 866-978-4404. Found another number to contact them on. They are now saying I had 15 days to return the product and I need to contact the post office, then Life Cell will do their own investigation. I truly wish I had the time to run around to meet the demands of Life Cell while they are holding my money hostage and holding me accountable for the mail and their policies. The company is a thief, save your money and move on.

Life Cell is a SCAM. They advertise that you get a free trial charge you postage then try to bill you for 198.00 and if you dont return it in a certain time frame they charge you the full 198.00 whether you like it or not. The product itself leaves the skin feeling VERY DRY and does NOTHING for your skin. Junk junk junk

After receiving this Product that I understood I purchased on a “one time basis” for a reasonable fee, I received email stating I will be charged $189 for “the Subscription”. If I keep the one tube I’d be charged $94.++. The return option was most complex and time consuming. I found the experience to be what I would consider a serious misrepresentation, SCAM. Now I wait to see what will show up on my Credit Card. I’m seeking perhaps an Attorney General in the State of FL to report to. I am FURIOUS!

Fraudulent auto-ship agreement! By purchasing anything from this company you are agreeing to sign up for a subscription. They will charge your credit card and send more products without request or any notice. I searched all over to see where I could've possibly agreed to this and couldn't find it. Even if the product worked (which it didn't for me), being charged $90 USD + shipping for what's basically lip gloss every few weeks without notice is a scam! I was excited to try their seemingly high-rated product, but absolutely will never again purchase from them after this shady stunt. Hopefully my cancellation via PayPal will stop this.

This product is a scam I am pale so in the winter months so an application of this product should be noticeable….. not an iota! Don’t waste your money!

I have been using Lifecell for approximately 4 years now and I am delighted with it. Yes, it is pricey, but my skin feels and looks good with it, so I recommend.

Absolute scammers
They have been taking money out of my account with out letting me know! The product does now work !!!

It's a SCAM, they charge you big bucks (in my case €146) and that's before they send out the "free trial". Don't give them bank details, you will be automatically be charged every month. SCAM

Do not order any products from this company or you will be signed up for auto ship! They will recharge your credit card and resend their subpar products.

Product is okay but incredibly expensive for what it is. The company also auto enrolls you onto a subscription which then takes a huge amount out of your account unexpectedly! I would avoid again.
