I have been with Rekha Ma’am for almost a month now, and so far, my experience has been really good.

She provides a combination of theoretical and practical learning, along with real-time examples and exercises that help you understand the root causes of your emotions and behaviours.

The material she uses is very relatable and easy to understand. She often shares examples from her own life or stories from her clients, which gives you a deeper understanding of the concepts and helps you understand how to take action.

She provides many tools and solutions to help you understand your behaviour and begin your journey of healing your emotions and beliefs.

Overall, the course and the experience she provides have been really good and insightful. I am enjoying the learning journey and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to understand themselves better and work on their emotional, mindset etc healing.
