Hi I seen a post on Facebook apparently it was Macy’s, so I was lead to believe. I purchased 2 human dog beds for my daughters new flat. Got a confirmation email from service buy informationsupport.com. That was 2 weeks ago. I contacted Macy’s and they told me it was a scam and that contact my bank, which I did. I then received an email from someone calling himself Jim saying no tracking had been added but my item had been shipped and he would add tracking information for me. I have messaged him again and no reply or item. So please people do not purchase anything for this Facebook ad as you’re being scammed.
Since contacting them multiple times Jim and candy or whatever their name’s actually are sent my item with a tracking number which ended up being sent to someone called Ivan in Essex. They say this is an error and they have to investigate. Anyway apparently my item been sent out again as they can’t refund me. 🙄. So we see what happens next. They go by name of Nestame.com so be careful people as these horrible people are scammers.
