The quote process was horrible and took…
The quote process was horrible and took a long time. It was essentially me "applying" to become a policyholder and it literally felt that way. I finally earned the "privilege" of paying them money to have a policy and the rates were barely competitive after a week long process of virtually no status updates from the company (yet daily reminders to complete an application already under review). The process was cold, cynical and without any sort of service.

Pretty Quick
The application process was not the absolute fastest I've seen. But it was pretty quick: put medical info in, respond to a request for more info about my hobbies, and get a decision. 3 days start-to-finish. Their online interface for policy management seems to work pretty well so far.
