Life is Good t-shirts do not hold their shape in the neck band. They quickly become "bacon necked."

I recently requested that Life is Good delete all my personal information. I was concerned when I went to order a shirt and my personal info, including my credit card information, came right up without my signing in. I never permitted Life is Good to keep my credit card information.
I then received an email from Life is Good informing me that all my personal info had been deleted from their system. Cool, right?
That was several days ago. Just went to order a couple of shirts and--guess what? ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION--INCLUDING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION-- CAME RIGHT UP WITHOUT MY HAVING SIGNED IN.
I'll be looking into this to see if capturing customers' credit card info without their permission and then holding onto it even after claiming to have deleted it is legal. And if it is, perhaps it shouldn't be.

Tee shirts still have not arrived with shipping. Called agent who offered nothing

The robots have officially taken over this once great company. Their customer service is a generic and impersonal experience. Very disappointing and will never shop LIG again.

I've been shopping here for my t-shirts for MANY years now and have never had a negative experience. I especially like that they offer women's cut sizes and not strictly unisex sizing. Women are shaped different and as we age sometimes get more round in the middle. These shirts always fit me well, are great quality and sooo many choices in designs.

Life is Good? More like Life is a Scam.
Ordered three shirts during their July 4th sale. They shipped exactly ONE. Since they provided a tracking number for a package, they’re playing dumb and pretending the entire order was fulfilled. Anyone with a brain can check the package weight and see it’s light. To make it worse, their customer service is a black hole. Hold on the phone? You get disconnected after five minutes. Try to message? Inbox is full. Their own "Contact Us" page admits they are overwhelmed with messages—gee, I wonder why. They are pocketing people's money and hiding behind broken phone lines and useless chatbots.

I have ordered several shirts and have been pleased with the shirt quality and wear, design quality, shipping time was fine, no problems.

The quality of the shirts has deteriorated. I own over a dozen tee shirts and the latest one has already faded and the decal is wearing off after only 6 months. I asked for a replacement shirt and was denied. I could, however, buy a new one at 25% off! Life may be good but the recent quality is not.

No tracking on undelivered order and no help from customer service.

Another victim of this company. Great products - absolutely terrible customer service. Received an order today with two hats - one with multiple stains on it - right on the front. Customer service unwilling to send a replacement. WHAT IN THE WORLD? I did have some success with calling the 800 number. But the online chat was ridiculous. Scripted convo and the agent completely ignoring my requests despite sending photos of the stain - and doing this - THE DAY I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.

Unhelpful customer service

Received boxy cut shirt for item listed as classic cut. Company confirmed in writing shirt was not listed correctly. They suppressed my review of the shirt and refused to replace with different item. The customer service is also possibly not real people-- conversation sounded auto populated in responses. Probably AI.

I did not like several of the shirts but my biggest issue was that you cannot return easily and you cannot speak to a real person. If you wait on hold they will hang up on you at some point. I cannot believe this company is this bad.

I’ve ordered shirts from Life is Good for years! My last two orders I tried to do a return and was denied. My last order was for a “crusher” not realizing its a cropped shirt which I won’t wear being 65 years old. I’m so pissed. I spent over $30 on a shirt I can’t wear. This is crappy customer service. From the complaints I read, this company won’t last long. DO NOT give this company your business.

Wish I could give -5 for a company

Terrible customer service! I’ve been buying their shirts for over 20 years and they must’ve been bought by someone else because it feels like a totally different company. I ordered a package in May and it never arrived. I contacted them numerous times and kept getting the runaround. Finally, my bank is going to dispute it even though LIG told me they would be sending me a refund.

One of the worst features of their customer service is if you wait longer than five minutes on hold you get disconnected because they don’t have a way to leave a message. And good luck getting someone to answer your call within five minutes.

I will not be purchasing any more shirts from them. Very disappointing because I used to love their shirts

The heavier t shirts are ok, but the light weight ones are cheaply made and DON’T pay for expedited shipping unless you like to throw money away. Paid 14.95 for 2-day delivery. It might get here in 6 days, if I’m lucky. Will be my last order.

Ordered 6 shirts from them. I was very excited even though I felt that the clothes were over-priced. No delivery. UPS tracking said delivered but no package. Hit up customer service and the real nightmare began. Melvin, the customer service rep tried selling me on UPS not delivering on Saturdays lol. He also tried sometimes they mark delivered and take it back to the warehouse to deliver another day lol. He never contacted UPS and wanted me to wait a few days and if I still didn't get the package to dispute the charge rather than refund me lol. I told him that wasn't true about UPS and that was the last I heard from him. I took his advice and contacted my CC provider. They reversed payment pronto. GG I'll never buy from you again. Crazy thing was.. after I had that horrible experience I googled the company name with bad customer service and trust pilot came up.. bad rating. Not suprised.

Posted confusing ad, processed as “order sent” while I was trying to post a discount code, sent a “cancel order five minutes later.

Received a “we already mailed” message the next day. In FIVE f*ing minutes?! Give me a break

I actually really like their shirts, I’ve bought many. But if you want to return or exchange they are terrible. And there is no phone number to answer a question. Returning is basically a research project. I am going to be very careful when/if I order any more things.
