I rented an iPhone power bank charger at a theme park Paultons Park on the 16th April paid £10 for power bank and £10 deposit which was meant to be repaid on return of the unit. I retuned on the same day at 5pm and I have still not received my deposit back despite writing to Lifesaver Power twice. Very disappointed.
After several attempts to communicate with Lifesaver Power they paid the £10 deposit back on the 2nd May.

Multiple charges on multiple devices. What’s not to like!

The packs are slim and light weight making them easy to slip in a pocket or purse, but they also charge quickly (multiple times) and reliably. I now keep one in my coat pocket and one in my handbag - a portable charger that really works.

At Aintree racecourse last Fri I rented one of your chargers from a vending machine with my bank card. After one hour I had only 3% charge so I returned it to get my refund. I followed all the instructions and the vending machine took back the charger and transaction cancelled appeared but i got no refund. I was charged €31.25 but got no refund for any of it as detailed on the instructions. I was charged €31.25 for 3% charge over one hour. This is disgraceful and left a bad taste from my otherwise great day at the races.

Was out for a walk with the family and needed to get a taxi home so I could get to the airport before my flight. The machine was easy to use and the charger was brilliant. Planned on returning the charger but as it is was such a good little device decided to keep it!
New favourite charger

I’ve travelled all over the world with these including a safari camping in the Sahara desert and relied on these to keep my phone going! Always travel with a couple and alternate charging them for out and about. Particularly love the bright pink colour and great customer service replacing an old one.

Horrible experience with this scam machine! I rented a powerbank for less than an hour at the O2 and the machine claimed I would get a refundable deposit of £15 if I returned within 5 days (I returned it in less than an hour!) Tell me why I have had £11.00 taken from my account along with an ADDITIONAL £26.00??!! They have snatched over £30 from my account, and as a student this is appalling and unacceptable. I cannot afford to lose than much in one day, yet the support team could not care less and are taking days on end to reply after I have sent multiple emails. Absolutely useless. All I asked is for some understanding and cooperation of my situation but they clearly do not give a toss. Will never be renting from one of these again and I will definitely not recommend to anyone else!

Absolute life saver for us whilst out all day in the countryside to be able to still record all the adventures we have all day long 👍brilliant essential bit of kit!

Saved my weekend! Was attending Silverstone for the Formula 1. Left my power bank at home by mistake, classic. Lost my mates at the main stage and found the van selling chargers. Two great blokes there explained the details and for a decent price was juiced up for the whole weekend. Had stations around the track where you could swap for a fresh power bank so you didn’t haven’t to go all the way back to the van too. Great idea!

SCAM - Hired one last night at an event. they charge you a deposit. chargeable if you don't return the device. I went to return it after the event and both machines were "FULL". apparently. it gives out more devices than it has capacity to receive back.

Dead handy! My daughters iPhone died just before the gig started so we hired one. It fully charged her phone and she was a ble to video lots of memories.

The power bank stopped charging and it’s been unreliable since then.

£30 for a charger that had 1 bar of charge on it. Absolute rip off.

Super easy rent and return process.

The only problem I had was I only have cash and Indonesian Bank at that time. They didn't accept cash (I wish they still accept cash tho), and I thought my Indonesian bank wouldn't work for the QR code in UK.
The staff was so helpful to sort out the situation, gave solution to use NFC to pay and it worked!

The return process didn't use NFC but using the email address which was so helpful as well.

I thought the money returned process will be long. Because it was on the weekend, but the staff said the maximum is 5 working days, depends on the Bank. Which turns out, only 2 working days! Super!

Away from home for 10 days and with no accessible mains charging sockets, mobile viability was becoming a concern.
A quick question, and Tom took me through the options, features etc and I was in my way.
Days of relaxed charging followed.

Life saver when my phone died and I would have missed a hospital telephone call. Very pleasant staff member as well very helpful.
