Great experience! The ornaments I I ordered are beautiful!

Order placed and charged in early November. It took a month for the order to reach the U.S. The USPS seized the package for fraudulent postage. Only contact with this sight is through ZenDesk. So I doubt I will ever get a refund. Avoid this seller at all costs.

i received an item that did not order. i was charged for it.

False advertising. Product description and picture did not match the product when delivered.
Beware the buyer with anything you order from this company!

THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION IN THEIR WEBSITE. I RECEIVED AND CHARGED $43.82 FOR AN ADDITIONAL PAIR OF SHOES I DID NOT ORDER, PLUS A $48.82 CHARGE WITH NO EXPLANATION. LOOKS LIKE THE REVIEWS DESCRIBE A DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS.

You ask a question about when the shoes will ship on an order that was placed and they come back with a nonsensical response. In my situation, they said the product must be tested first. Plus they charged my card prior to shipping...and that means not just authorizing the charge, but actually collecting the money. This company is not one that I would order from again. In fact, I spoke to my Visa issuer and explained the situation and they will stand behind me and if there's what looks like fraud, they will investigate and take the appropriate measures. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company offers cheap junk. Mis advertised and deceptive. Cannot return anything because they want prepaid shipping to China ( approx $30)

I ordered an item from AWX over three weeks ago, which has not yet to arrived, but my credit card has been charged. There is no contact number on their website. This is poor business policy at best, maybe something worse. I advise others to not order from them.

It has been over a month since I ordered a 3 D animal ornament. I was immediately charged for the item but to date have not received it. From the reviews I am now reading, this company appears to be a scam with fraudulent intentions.

Ordered shoes and took a week to process order. After two weeks it finally arrived in my home state/country. Now they are trying to deliver it to a business instead of my house. No customer service at all. Can't even find out what carrier they are using if any! I believe I have been scammed!

THE SHOES I RECEIVED WERE SHODDY, CHEAPLY MADE, NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL, AND NO RECEIPT OR SHIPPING ORDER SO THAT I HAD TO RESEARCH WHERE THEY CAME FROM ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

They offered xmas animal ornaments that appeared 3d and moved but they shipped flat plastic discs with pictures of animals on them. Complete fraud.

It's not possible to get on the website & track your order progress.

Absolutely garbage. Item received bore no resemblance to what was listed and took forever to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Its a scam. Ordered hand made ornaments that looked like actual 3-D carvings. Received flat discs with photos with Chinese printed on the label. Return address is listed under tge name John Doe in Chicago.

I ordered an ornament from this site. My payment method was quickly processed but I never received the item. I contacted my bank card company after 16 days, and they promptly refunded the charge. Days later, this company emailed me explaining several reasons for the shipping delay and suggested that I didn't allow enough time for delivery. I went to their website and it was a total runaround. "Click here for customer service" and nothing happened. This company and their website is a ripoff. Stay away!

Seems to be a total scam that I’m embarrassed to say I fell for. The website looks totally legit, item price was reasonable. I was promptly charged for my order, but did not receive a confirmation email. The next day I sent an email to their “support” email address and received a response that my order was received. That was over 2 weeks ago and still do not have my order. Just sent another email. If this “company” turns out to be legit and I receive my order, I’ll be thrilled to remove or update this review. Not going to hold my breath.

Less than one star. I ordered some "crystal" ornaments and was sent some cheap, flat, plastic disks with pictures stuck on them.
The company said there was no quality issue. Absolute fraud.

No communication what so ever!!!
Stopping payment, very well seems to be a scam.
