Ordered a tumble dryer and same as other customers, no delivery, no phone contact available and no response to emails. Contacted bank to ask if we were covered for fraud to find they had actually set up recurring payments!

Unfortunately I'm yet another victim....
Unfortunately I'm yet another victim of this company.
My experience is identical to those detailed below.
I was ironically directed to the website via a price match app as the item I bought (thought was buying) was around £80 cheaper than other retailers.
I received an email on the due date of delivery explaining the item had been miss delivered and told that re delivery would be the 13th Jan and in compensation they were offering a slow cooker etc..
Ironically I wrote back saying they could keep the slow cooker as I was happy with the price..
My item was to be "re delivered" yesterday but of course didn't arrive and now the very real looking website for Lifestyle Appliances has been removed from the internet.
Thankfully I purchased using Visa so should be covered.
This was an incredibly elaborate scam, as mentioned I was directed to their website by online price match system and their emails to me had options to directly access their website if you wanted your money back etc...
My item cost just over £500 but hopefully Visa will cover this having spoken to them today (as my purchase made using Visa Debit) and I hope all the poor people on here are refunded also.
Update 14th Jan 2025
I posted the above on Trust Pilot this afternoon and remarkably 10 minutes ago I received a reply from Lifestyle Home Appliances which is presently posted below my warning (I hope you can see this but am unsure).
The scammer is stating that they cannot find any records of my transaction and for me to please contact them? This will be somewhat difficult as they do not reply to emails, no email sent contain any numbers and the the website (which was the only place that contained telephone numbers has been withdrawn from Google). I spent 3 hours today with my bank and Action Fraud who have confirmed this company scammers so PLEASE do not be fooled by any remarks this company makes under my notification, if in doubt contact Action Fraud ( easy found on Google) and they'll confirm company fraudulent following the numerous reports they've received from Dec 1st onwards.

I think they have gone bust
Same issue. No delivery of my order and the constant emails saying missed delivery. They responded that they would give a refund by 12th Jan. This didn't happen and now their website is offline. Complete scam.
There is legimitate company called lifestyleapplianceslimited.co.uk, which noted the following on their website about this company (lifestylehomeappliances.COM):

I am due to have a dishwasher delivered on Thursday, and happened to check the reviews for this company. Looks like I need to contact my bank and ensure that the payment doesn't come through.
Responding to the reply : Your website is down, and emails to your support email bounce back. Doesn't matter, looking at the reviews here, it seems conclusive, I have ordered from a legitimate company - thanks for wasting my time.

Avoid at all costs, pure scam.

This is absolutely a scam
This is absolutely a scam. Please be aware.
I ordered some speakers from this company as it appeared to be legit, appeared on google along with other companies and the website is pretty comprehensive.
I am normally fairly cautious but on this occasion forgot to look up the company before buying. Do not make the same mistake.
I got no response from customer service when I contacted them and received the now common 'delivery error' e-mail offering me a free crockpot or cooker like so many others out there.
I can only assume they do this to buy time to get your money out.
Thankfully I raised this with AMEX and have successfully got my money back.
I have no idea why google and the payment gateways have not shut these people down yet but if you are reading this and have not bought form them please save yourself a lot of time, effort and grief and use a reputable company.

If like me you fell for this scam company and paid by visa, do what I did and ask your bank to start a chargeback, I did and got my money back in full, it took 3 weeks but worked.

Same happened to me
Same happened to me. Ordered, email confirmation and money left bank, no delivery on arrival day, just an email saying mis-delivered to somewhere hundreds of miles away.
Bank contacted for reimbursement.
Feeling like a fool now. Frustrating that the site is still live (intermittently) and taking orders. They must be keeping the money or they wouldn’t bother doing it - seems like a full time job for them looking at all the comments on here.

If I could have given zero or minus I would. Same as everyone on here. Ordered before Christmas had 3 different emails saying mis-delivered elsewhere. Can't get hold of anyone. What a total scum company never use total SCAM. Got email not delivered due to wrong place apologising would deliver following week with free toaster sounds familiar from these posts wish I had read them first. Claim now with bank as guess what money taken from our account so blocked all bank details and they been changed

Not a legitamite business SCAM
Company is trading off a similar named business and they send you an email , then claim with wrong delivery and then offering extra free gifts!!!! dispute the charge immediately with your card provider, you are wasting your time with the emails and the company, they will just try to get more data from you.

ordered 30/12/24 promised delivery on 06/01/25 received email it was delivered to cornwall,rescheduled 13/1/25, email, delivered vto wigan, emailed many times, no answer, phoned many times no answer or continuos loop machine, have notified bank. would give 0 star, please make possible.
