I ordered nail products a month ago and have not received them. Emails go unanswered but I received an email saying my order was delivered.
Since they don’t answer emails, and you can’t contact them by phone, my suggestion is to stay away from this company

We were very pleased with the chairs. They are sturdy and we feel comfortable sitting in them even though we are plus size people. Also the much lighter than chairs we’ve had in the past

We made the MISTAKE of buying two dash cams from LIFESUNY. BIG MISTAKE. CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFFS SHOWED UP. WE HAVE WRITTEN MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. WE PROMPTLY RETURN THE PRODUCTS AND DEMANDED A RETURN OF OUR MONEY. NOT ONLY WERE THEY NOT WHAT WE ORDERED BUT THE CHARGED US TWICE AS MUCH AS STATED. FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS. IF WE ARE NOT CONTACTED WE WILL BE FILING SUIT. The defective product was returned and received by lifesuny with no corespondence or refund. Highly suggest not doing business with this company of any kind. The product we bought was to be 50% off so we bought two. Not only was there no discount but we were charged $160.00

The company did reach out to me and made good on my account. They issued me a credit. My hope is that they make good with others and that they are trying.
I am changing my one star to four stars.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered wood floor cleaning, buy 2 get one free. The website said product was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I reached out to the company 4 times with no response. No acknowledgement what so ever. Save your money. My first contact was Feb 12th, my last was end of March.

I ordered (3) dog ear treatment buy 2 get one free $52.00 total and received some kind of paint car wax. I have reached out with no response. I will dispute the charges with my bank.

I ordered special and expensive Valentine's Day cards on January 24th, giving myself ample time to receive them and send them out. It is Feb. 6 and I have not received them. I contacted customer service twice. No return calls. If I had checked and realized this is a Chinese company, I would never have ordered its products.

Do not buy from this company . They are not USA. I order two items and thought it did not go thru so I order again . Accidentally I order a total of 4 but I only needed 2. I contacted the support to make corrections before it ship out but received the same response back with no directions on how to correct it. Then they ship the items. It took weeks for them to arrive. I tried again to contact support about returning two of items for refund. Finally the responded but I have not received my refund yet and they said not to ship the items back because it cost too much

I purchased a Santa ornament and LifeSuny took my money, did not deliver the product and LifeSuny does not respond to my correspondence. You may want to reconsider a different company.

I didn't receive the book and according to the United States Post Office, I won't be receiving it because when it arrived at my local post office in Loudon, Tennessee, it was flagged as "Fraudulent" , likely due to postage issues. They also said your tracking number didn't correspond to their system. My package was sent to "Mail Recovery" and no longer able to be retrieved. On your website I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund. I haven't heard back. Others have warned about this problem with your company. They were right.

I ordered in March 2025. At the end of April I started my first of many communications as to where my items were. When checking the tracking, my products were delivered to a different city than mine. The only thing they told me (it was a stock message) to check my neighbors and check the post office. I checked my own post office, my neighbors AND the post office they said they sent to. The tracking number is not one used by the post office. My first two emails were responded to and since then I can’t even get the same stupid reply. All my requests for a refund have not been answered. This is $70! Living on a fixed income, this hurts!
