If I could give negative stars to this company I would. To start KMG services who managed this insurance policy is absolutely criminal. They will take money out of your account before payment is due without warning. Life X and KMG are both very unresponsive. If you call you will only be met with dead lines or endless prompts leading to nowhere. Both companies have been put on the potential scam list in Tennessee due to negligent handling. Just google Life X research company in Tennessee. I will tell everyone Buyer Beware.

Paid LifeX and Benefits Health Partner over $3000 in premiums, only to have them repeatedly tell doctors we dont have coverage. Customer service is not helpful, they just fake empathy and tell you they'll email a backoffice - that back office next follows up.

No claims for premiums paid to LifeX Research partner company Benefits Health Partner. Over a 3 month period and almost $4,000 in premiums paid almost $2000 in invoices had not been paid despite claims that all claims are paid within 30 days.

Seems like a good option at the time until they considered anything done in a dermatology office a surgery. Only allowed 3 “surgeries” a year so when it came to one I really needed it was considered number 4. Got a whopping bill of 7300.00 because they wouldn’t cover anything. I have paid way too much for this insurance and can’t wait to be done with it!

I signed up for Insurance after early retirement. heathy, upper 50's, no health issues of any kind. This company is awful to navigate or get help. you have to answer questions monthly , but they put you in a box.. any contact sports, back issues, sprains... but if you don't check a box it will not let you move forward... and I am sure since they use your answers for insurance it raises your premiums. Have only had for 1 month but I think I may go back to no Insurance like I have had since Obama Care forced my personal affordable insurance out.
