Incredible hats. Incredible service. The most helpful company you'll ever meet.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve had a cap that actually fits my tiny head! No adjustment needed! Great quality with a well thought out design. What more can I ask? Their online store is organized and both styles and colors are diverse. Great company with determination to satisfy ALL sizes of heads!

This is the most comfortable hat I have ever worn! Most hats give me a headache. I also have a small head and the hat fits me perfectly! I need one in every color!

I have finally found a cap that fits my head- every other brand I’ve tried has always been too large… Customer service was great when I had a problem with one of my caps. I will be ordering more! Thank you Lift Down!

This is not going to be your usual type of review. I first ordered a Lift Down cap several months ago. The quality of this product is better than any cap I’ve ever owned. I particularly liked the extra large size, and the way it fit on my head. For this alone I give them 5-Stars for product quality. My cap arrived in a reasonable amount of time, however it was a few days beyond the advertised delivery time.

More recently I ordered another cap when I saw a promotion for a new color that I really liked. The order again shipped in a reasonable amount of time, however, using the 3rd Party Shipper “GOFO” my shipment fell into a “Black Hole” and was delayed excessively. I contacted GOFO several times to confirm my address and they said they were holding the package because the address could not be found. I confirmed my address and provided a secondary shipping location, and in both cases, after several more days, their website said the package has been delayed because they could not locate either address. Both addresses have had deliveries made by all the usual carriers regularly.

I want to say that Marielle at Lift Down was very apologetic and continued working with me to get my order delivered. After over a month of back and forth with GOFO, Marielle finally sent me a new order using a reputable carrier which arrived in just a few days.

If you want a high quality cap, Lift Down is definitely the best. If you want the cap delivered in a reasonable amount of time, you might want to call Marielle directly and request shipping by one of the Big 5 carriers and not GOFO.

The caps are beautifully made but the real winner is their customer service. I needed to exchange my purchase and they solved the problem going above and beyond.

I highly recommend the caps and the company.

I had a return that was mailed to the incorrect address, meaning not the return department. I emails and conversed with Marielle. She was so kind and helpful and processed the exchange before the return had finally found its way to the correct department. GREAT customer service and love the caps! Thank you so much!

They found out that my order was delayed and reshipped it to me. The hats are fantastic. Finally a cap that fits my smaller head! Love them!

Living in Florida, I wear a lot of caps! Gardening days, beach days and bad hair days make owning caps in several colors a must. I have a lot of cap experience! I received my Lift Down caps and was immediately impressed with the fit and quality. Fit: the skull cap fits fully on my head with no bubble at the top. At the same time, the band fits just slightly above the ears, no cramming your ears under the cap band or having Dumbo ears. The adjustment strap tucks inconspicuously under the band seam. This is a very well designed cap! It will not wobble around on your head. Quality: the fabric is sturdy, washable. The adjustment strap is solid. The bill is also sufficiently sturdy that it will hold its shape. These are excellent cap! I highly recommend.

I love wearing ball caps but have struggled to find the perfect fit for my petite adult size head. Even caps marketed as Ladies Size never fit well… gaps in the back or too low on my ears. Then I found Lift Down. Thought I’d give it a try. When my order arrived, I was DELIGHTED to finally put on a ball cap that fit!! They also provided GREAT customer service, keeping me informed of a short delay in shipping. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this company, excellent service, quality products and FINALLY a cap that FITS!!!

My hat was on backorder so they text me to ask if I wanted to wait or get a different colour. Most places don't both, I appreciated that. Just got my hat, its perfect, nice and small for my small head

I cannot stress how happy I am that I found this company! I have a very small head 19 inches in circumference and have never been able to find a ball cap that would fit me like size small lift down ball caps do. The ordering process super easy and shipping was super fast.

Saw the advertisement on Facebook....and ordered, as the colors were so cute! Love Love Love these caps!

I ordered a cap in the new blue and one in rustic brown, they are perfect!! I have a small head and have a hard time finding hats that fit. The colors are really pretty, the fit amazing and great quality. So glad that I finally purchased a couple, I will be ordering more!!

I wish all caps fit me this well! I have a small head and this is the first time I had to make the strap in the back LONGER to get a perfect fit. No big gap in the back, either. I am definitely going to buy another one!

We had a big SNAFU regarding an exchange. It was frustrating, but the Lift Down customer service (Marielle) was super thorough and helpful and eventually we resolved the issue. I love my purple cap!
