Could be better
Informative but I'd like to have seen a bit more of the bins in action and the AI voice used was terrible with a few pronunciation mistakes right through. Videos included need to be longer and more professional, looks like some of them were recorded on a phone (poor quality).
£75 for the course is very steep for the certification to only last 1 year.

We genuinely value feedback like this, particularly the technical points you raised, as these are the kinds of refinements our training team can quickly incorporate into the course materials.
When improvements are made, participants can redo the course free of charge so they can benefit from the updated version.
Regarding the certification period, this reflects common industry practice for safety awareness training, particularly when it comes to Material Handling Equipment, where periodic refresher training helps ensure knowledge remains current and safe procedures continue to be followed in line with evolving standards.
