Light & Airey – Facilities Support + Property Operations provides reliable operational support for organisations responsible for buildings, workplaces and property portfolios across Bristol and the South West. Established in 2005, we have over 20 years’ experience supporting commercial organisations, housing providers, property teams, business centres, construction companies and organisations managing multiple sites. Commercial cleaning remains at the heart of what we do. We provide ongoing commercial and office cleaning alongside a wider range of facilities and property support services, including property turnaround and occupation readiness, void property cleaning, construction and after-build cleaning, grounds maintenance, window and carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, site welfare cleaning and specialist cleaning services. Our work often involves more than completing an individual cleaning task. We coordinate services around the way a site operates, manage teams and specialist contractors, support property handovers and turnarounds, and help ensure buildings and spaces are clean, prepared and ready for use. For clients managing multiple requirements, our approach provides a single point of accountability, reducing the need to coordinate several separate contractors. We support individual buildings as well as multi-site property portfolios, with an emphasis on consistent standards, clear communication and dependable service delivery. Light & Airey – Facilities Support + Property Operations Operational support. Delivered with accountability.
