They sold me pods that were broken inside the packs and refused to refund my money for it, it was not in their clearance section

Never got my product or my money back. Both Lighter USA and FedEx refuse to help me out and they keep pointing the finger at each other. I was supposed to get my package almost a month ago.

I wish I could tell you how the products are. I ordered something June 25th and have yet to receive it. Tracking information has not been updated since June 30th it was supposed to be here by June 30th. Reaching out to the company they just put the blame on the mail service and say it's out of their hands.

Placed an order, was charged and given a Fed Ex tracking number stating the label had been created. I used standard 3 to 5 day shipping, and it has been 20 days as of writing this review. I still do not have my item, nor has the tracking information progressed past label created at all. I requested a return based on the fact that the item never even made it to Fed Ex, and was denied by Lighter USA, so instead had to decline and dispute the transaction through my bank. First and last order from these inept shippers.

Been shopping here for years. Always a great experience.

I always get what I order, only way it could be perfect is if delivery time was quicker and a little cheaper.

Still no product and no payment refund. FedEx Donkey Economy, the chosen delivery partner of this scam says Lighter USA needs to issue the credit.
That’s not happening. Lighter USA is myth. A riddle wrapped in a bacon lie!

Did not include the least expensive item. I asked to have it sent, they wanted a photo of the other items.

I will never purchase from them again. It was $12.50 worth, I am a retired CPA, so I am not a cheat.

They steal and do not make it right.

Product was never delivered.
All of my mail goes to my PO Box as I’m in a small town.
FedEx claimed they had delivered it to my post office at 1:22 AM!!!
Obviously, that’s false as no post offices are open at 1 o’clock in the morning.
LighterUSA still refused to compensate.
I won’t buy from them again.

Ordered a soft flame insert for my Zippo.

Defective right out of the box. Lighter USA makes it impossible to do a return and get credit.

Accidently put in the wrong shipping address due to my phone still having old auto fill information. Lighterusa was quick to respond to my email in the morning 30-45min after opening and fixed the shipping address so I could receive my Dr.dabber. Quick and responsive email support, unfortunately their phone number does not work not sure why they have it up on the site.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

The product arrived in a visibly dirty and unhygienic condition. The packaging contained dirt, debris, and contamination, which is completely unacceptable for a product intended for inhalation. I reported the issue immediately upon delivery and provided photographs as evidence.

The seller initially agreed to provide a credit refund. However, I requested a refund back to my original payment method because I no longer trusted the product or the brand after receiving it in such poor condition.

Almost a week later, the seller asked me to return the item. By that time, I had already disposed of it due to the serious hygiene concerns and because I had already reported the issue and received confirmation that a refund would be provided.

After that, the seller stopped properly addressing my concerns and failed to resolve the matter satisfactorily.

Very poor customer service and a disappointing overall experience.

ordered a blazer torch lighter from them and it is defective. It Only wil light Maybe one out of seven times. I have contacted the company several times through their website and get the same return page BS, When i click on my purchase to start the return it says it is Not returnable. It is Defective! I have also left several messages and waited on hold for a serice rep. to no avail. This company is Horrible. Buyer Beware. So now I'm out $64.90 for a lighter I Can Not USe!

Great Service .....just wish they offered better deals on the Breeze pro ... they are only a 2000 puff vape .... very expensive .... it too bad other vape do not offer a great tasting tobacco flavor e-cig

Update: LighterUSA needs to offer more options when it comes to shipments, but their products are solid.

Not only did I get shipping insurance/protection for an insanely low price my product came on time and I was always kept in the loop as to when it’s coming or arrived.

Very stress free and it doesn’t get more simple than this. Even better when the products are just as good quality as the servic!

Dumbasses ask for your ID at checkout. Two days later they email asking for my ID to protect me from fraud. Bro it’s the same ID. If the fraudster has my ID at checkout they can just use the same pictures for the email. Dumbest shit in the planet. 2 stars.
