I placed an order never received it…
I placed an order never received it when I got notification it was delivered it wasn’t there looked everywhere. Then email y’all and person said sometimes it get marked delivered when it wasn’t so give it another day ask neighbors it they received it and look around front of house in planters etc. I replied after the next day came and went and I replied I did everything you suggested I do and it still hasn’t been received. Still haven’t heard back

You did exactly what we typically recommend — waiting an additional day, checking with neighbors, and looking around the property — as USPS sometimes prematurely scans packages as delivered. We appreciate you taking those steps.
Since the package still has not been located, the next step is to contact your local USPS post office directly and request a delivery investigation. They are able to access the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, which can confirm the exact location where the package was marked delivered. This often helps determine whether it was misdelivered or left in a specific area.

Product was dry unuasable
Service was great. The ALP arrived on time. Unfortunately the product was dry and unusable. Also not returnable as it is nicotine pouches. 50$ down the drain.
