Best customer and aftersales service I've ever had, plus great products

Well, they’ve succeeded in lighting my life, true to their name. I’m of “mature years” and in all my life I have not had as good or better service from any other company, ever. I had recently bought LED lights from Led Hut and Led Planet, both okay,
But “Light My Life” seems to be in a different league; why?
• Customer Service I rang a few times with various queries and spoke to two members of staff, Sarah and Nicki, who were both genuinely friendly, patient and answered my queries in a way I could easily understand and sounded genuinely as though they cared and enjoyed the work they were doing; it was like being with good friends.
• Delivery Time Ordered 4.45pm, (08/01/2015) and arrived at 9.45am - 17 hours later! (2 emails in between with order and delivery details). That’s fast enough for me!
• Packaging Well packaged and easy to undo. 4 dimmable LED lights, 5 watt replacing 50 watt halogen lights.
• After Sales/Problems Service – The real test of a good company. Spoke to Judith about the light flickering when I dimmed the light and although I thought the dimmer switch may be faulty, (not provided by them), she immediately checked that the lights sent were the correct dimmable one’s (which they were) and said that they’d send me four more lights, in case any were faulty. They arrived the very next day (10/01/2015) as well! She didn’t ask for the lights to be sent back first and there is a return, post paid, label included to send any back, once the replacement ones have been tried. These arrived just as promptly. It turned out to be the dimmer switch, not their lights! A total of 2 days from enquiry to total satisfaction.
• Warm and/or Cold Lighting? Another major point. If you want a warm light, in my view you may need under 3000K. “K” (Kelvin) is the measure of warmth (not brightness). The higher the number, the cooler the light. For me 3000K and above gets progressively colder. 2700 and 2800K seem to me nice and warm.
• Comparing the three suppliers. I wanted a cool light in my bathroom and a warm light everywhere else.
At that time, a matter of weeks ago, LED HUT only sold LED lights (that would fit), 3000K and above. To me that signifies cool to cold, rather than warm and, personally, I think that LED HUT calling a 3000K light “warm”, is stretching it a bit! Of course, I could be wrong! “LightMyLife” sell both and at very competitive prices.
LED Planet do both, but they seemed to have significant delivery problems and, although friendly, didn’t always return calls and weren’t always easily available. They took weeks for my order, rather than 17 hours! If I’d had a problem, how long would it have taken to sort out?

• Also there is a five year guarantee on the lights I bought from LightMyLife, with an expectation to last many, many years.
• I hope I’m not being sexist, but perhaps they’re so good because they seem to be run by women..
So thank you to a brilliant team, I have never in my life had better pre and after sales service and the products are perfect for their purpose. P.S. I am not related and don’t know any of them, except through this recent purchase, so this is genuine, so let them be the light of your life, including a huge saving on electric usage if you swap to LED, 80-90% savings on your lighting costs, with 100%plus service.
