Above and beyond customer service! Fast, free delivery and accuracy of my prescription eyeglasses, as well as sunglasses. Excellent return and exchange policy. Love that a real person answers the phone! Glasses were delivered sooner than my local eye dr and a lot cheaper. Only wish they carried frameless glasses.

The company has my prescription on file refuses to let me add it before order glasses from them and then wants me to pay for another prescription I dont need! I have valid active one from only 2 months ago. Scam shit bags!

Recently took a dive on wet newly fallen leaves, breaking my almost 1yr old frame. Lenses came thru unscathed. Called Liingo asking if they could do anything for me. Without hesitation customer service said,” sure we can replace your frame…and we’ll give you brand new lenses” Price? Nothing. Just return the broken frame. Called on Friday. New glasses arrived on Wednesday.
I can only speak for my experience, which could not have been better.

Customer service is unbelievably strong. They are responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. I've ordered over a dozen pairs and love them. I prefer for single-vision to ensure I get what's expected.

My husband and I both by our glasses from Liingo. After frustrating experiences with buying glasses at eye doctor’s offices we decided to give Liingo a shot. The at home try-on is a game changer. I hate buying a pair of glasses and paying an astronomical amount only to not have them fit correctly after wearing them for a couple of hours. You really can’t tell how comfortable they’re going to be after wearing them for a minute at the doctors office. We have loved our Liingo glasses and the price is right. Their customer service is excellent.

I wear contacts full time and at the time I bought these glasses there was a promo and I had FSA money to use up, so I bought a pair of glasses for "just in case". From day one, while the lenses seemed to have the correct rx, everything would look curved and warped wearing them... whatever as I only planned to wear them around the house when I rarely have my contacts out. Worse, they have no adjustability whatsoever, will not stay on my face at all, I have to hold them to my face for the lenses to be positioned for a proper focal point, and if I look down at all they'll slide right off. Too many close calls while standing over the toilet. The amount of times I've walked into things while wearing them due to the poor quality is countless. Well I went to walk through a doorway this morning while wearing them and to my surprise it was a lot closer than it had looked through the glasses and I stubbed my toe harder than ever, seriously think it may have broken.

The only semi-positive thing I can say is regarding durability - out of complete hatred and frustration I threw these things at the ground quite hard, yet no damage whatsoever. In my case this is even more negative reinforcement, since I couldn't even vent by smashing this useless piece of garbage. Will be smashing them with a hammer and throwing them straight in the trash now.

Go to a real eye doctor and get fitted glasses if you actually need to correct your vision and don't use contacts.

Completely online service, but exceptional support by text, phone or email. I had some trouble loading my prescription, so I finally gave them my optometrist number, and they handled getting my RX.

I have had three pair of glasses and they fit right out of the box. The RX was accurate.
I have asyrmatism, near and far vision correction. So pleased with glasses. Carefully packaged, nice glass case, cleaning cloth. They even will reimburse you $25 if you need an optometrist to adjust. Glasses guaranteed satisfaction.

I bought brand new glasses for $49 (was on sale). I actually messed up and gave them a completely incorrect Pupillary Distance.. it was super easy to send the glasses back and get new ones. They definitely honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Took me a little to adjust to my new glasses, but I am keeping them!! I have no complaints whatsoever.

Terrible. I received the wrong style, fit, color and prescription glasses from what I ordered. It is as if they mixed my order up with someone else’s’ entirely. Their customer service is NOT available 24:7. In fact, when you call them- they don’t even list their available hours- they just state that they are simply unavailable. The number the have for you to “text” simply just responds with their phone number- which again, when you call- says they are unavailable. This has been the absolute biggest let down. It was my first time ordering from them and I will never do so again.

Customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. My doctor over corrected my prescription, and liingo sent me new glasses and a return label for the other ones completely free and no hassle. So helpful! I have ordered from them 3 times over the years.

I decided to try Liingo again, this time I decided not to go with progressives in order to get a frame with smaller lenses in hope of reducing the thickness of the lenses that I experience prior. I’m happy to say that with smaller lenses I reduced the overall thickness by 1/8” which is tremendous. My new glasses are excellent, I got transitionals and they look very professional and sharp.
Customer service was excellent, being able to try on at home prior to order is excellent and it only took 7 days from order to delivery. I’m very happy!

Overall customer service was excellent. Frames I picked seemed well made but the 1.67 high index lenses were as thick as a standard lenses I already had. Would recommend to anyone that does not have a high prescription and require high index lenses.

Lying to customers about the CA law regarding prescriptions in order to fraud people out of money. Sent me a set of lenses with no prescription and are arguing that I need to pay to send them back. DO NOT order from here.

This is another subsidiary of 1-800-Contacts. I bought glasses from their other subsidiary, Boomerang Lenses, and had a horrible experience. After a lengthy delay in shipping, the glasses arrived with the markings and numbers used in manufacturing, still on the lenses! These significantly impede my vision and the Company refused to repair.

I love being able to try on a choice of frames at home before ordering them with a prescription. Once ordered, the turnaround time was about a week and the high quality lenses worked very well!
