I couldn’t be happier with the service Ty provided when repairing my phone.

The company emailed me the night before with a timeframe, and then Ty called ahead on the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated.

Ty was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing with my phone in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole process feel stress-free.

It’s rare to receive such great customer service these days. Ty was knowledgeable, considerate, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I felt completely confident leaving my phone in his hands.

I've had multiple at home visits to repair my family's devices. This service has always been convenient and very fast. Certainly worth the results and every staff member I've interacted with has been especially helpful - the gentlemen Tai who repaired my phone screen this morning was incredibly patient and very friendly. I highly recommend!

I was referred to likewise through optus who actually gave me the wrong information, however when I called likewise team they were actually very helpful and corrected the information for how to get my phone fixed. The person on the phone assisted me with a technical glitch that was on the app to make the booking. Booking was done in a very suitable time for me. The person who showed up called before coming and when she came, she was very friendly and nice. She fixed the phone in no time and all was done super easy. Thank you

The mobile screen replacement technician failed to install the screen on my phone correctly, leaving A plastic installation film between the camera and screen, causing the top of the screen to lift and the camera inoperable as well as the fingerprint sensor.

(Before attempting to return my phone to my next door neighbour. Mind you)

When I called likewise to have this rectified, they were all too quick to book me in to repair to only cancel when realising. They don't have adequate parts in stock an hour later.

3 subsidiary bookings, They've now also cancelled as they only have one technician for a major city, whom is currently unavailable.

Call centre have no desire for a resolution pathway besides wait until they "might" have someone available again.

On time, quick fix. Good value.

Everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, the technician was professional and friendly and did a very good job.

I wanna give a 5 star to Likewize Repair, cause they did an amazing job for repairing the screen of my phone. Firstly, they arrived on time, fixed the screen of my phone less than an hour as they promised. And the staff who fixed it even fixed the charging port of my phone and cleaned it too. In which he doesnt have to cause it doesnt cover the insurance, but he did fix it too. And he is so kind and really care for his customer. I just forgot his name, but he's the one who fixed my samsung s23 ultra screen. Hope he'll get a reward or acknowledgement for doing a job well done, for fixing my phone and for giving an excellent service!! Take care of those kind of staff, cause they are one of a kind! Thank you again!

They made efforts to get stock to replace battery for my iPhone and arrived on time.

I recently used this mobile phone repair service where they come to you and I must say, I am impressed! The technician arrived on time and my phone had a new screen in just 25 minutes. My phone looks as good as new. It is very convenient to have such a service come to you.

Likewize Google Service (Door 3), operating out of 11-13 Ash Road, Prestons NSW 2170 is supposed to assess and repair Google products, including the new Pixel phones.
I can't tell you if they are good at this, because after 1 month with my handset they still have not repaired it. When i phoned them, they told me they had no contact with the subcontractor they sent it to and that i had to go back to the shop where i bought the phone and get them to contact Likewize.

So i did this, and the shop called Likewise to see how my repair was tracking, and they were told Likewize didn't take phone calls and had to send their query in writing instead. They did this, and a week on have had no reply.

They may be great at repairs - I don't know - but Likewize is TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE and needless to say, this reflects on GOOGLE and whether or not they should be trusted if they think this type of customer service is acceptable.
