Our company have been using Lili for close to a decade now and we can't recommend them enough. We had used multiple waste collection services in the half-decade before and none of them even came close to offering the same levels of service.

If they ever miss a collection, it will be rectified immediately (even without having to contact them) & there's never any fuss if you accidentally (which I've done multiple times) forget to leave the bins out for collection.

Save yourself the aggro and just use Lili.

We were promised the earth when initially being sold their services, absolutely diabolical, numerous missed collections, this occasion will be over a week late, do not sign up to these, no matter what they promise, counting down the days until we can give notice to terminate.

Fantastic company, Been with Lili for 3 years now and have just renewed more improved terms. Nothing is too much trouble and always there to help.

I’ve been a Lili Waste customer for nearly a year now. Initially was very hard to decide with them which location we should take our bin out, now that we are out of that phase, for the past few months. There have been numerous missed collections continuously. when contacted the customer service they will always give you misleading information, which is ~ road was blocked bin not out bin not accessible. when i used to say that they have picked up the neighbours how come ours is left.
The worst part is that they have charged me for removing my neighbours’ rubbish (who also use Lili Waste) while leaving mine uncollected. The neighbours later informed me that they were not paying, which explains why ours waste was untouched—yet I was still charged. when explained customer service promised me that he will try to refund me. Nothing happened and yet again they charge me £128. God know for what.
Overall, my experience with Lili Waste has been frustrating, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before signing up for their services.

I have been a Lili Waste customer for two years now and they are meant to collect the waste from two different sites for me. Initially it started off well but in the past 9 months it’s been nothing other than a terrible experience. Many missed collections, lies from support staff, support staff ignoring emails when I’m trying to get issues resolved and the worst one is they charge me for taking my rubbish and never actually take it or inform me that they didn’t remove the waste. Do some research before purchasing a service from them, my experience is painful and extremely time consuming.

Chloe was extremely helpful with setting up a contract for us. A good price and she was always there to answer our queries. Made the process easy.
