So, I made an order June 7th.

Now, it did arrive. But it took a month and there was no update on shipping or any communication, I reached out to her on a few different platform's and to this day she never responded.

I ordered 2 mystery scoops, a key chain and a video.

I got 16 pets, all came VERY dirty and needed deep cleaning, I mean DEEP cleaning. The two white pets I received were a completely different colour before and after. 5 of the pets pegs don't bobble either, easy fix though.

I did get my key chain, as well 2 other's from the scoops. BUT I've seen other's say they didn't get theirs and she said they'd have to order again to receive the item they ordered. Which doesn't feel like a good practice...

Never got the video either, so...

Id recommend just ordering from somewhere else if you are looking for a mystery experience.

This girl is a joke. She has terrible communication skills and has awful customer service. I placed an order almost a month ago where she said it would take a bit longer to process since I’m in the US…okay sure. I waited two weeks and still got no tracking info. I reached out a bit earlier this week and demanded an update or I would be submitting a claim to my bank and reporting her to local authorities. Only then did she respond and tell me that she DID in fact ship it out (weird…I didn’t get any tracking info) and that it was being sent back to her house…again, I’m not buying it. Please spend your money elsewhere, it is not worth it here

I'm pretty sure she's a scammer at this point. Maybe she sends out some orders and rips off from others though.

I placed an order the 25th of april which claims to have been shipped out the 30th. Since then it's been radio silence for 7 weeks.

I've contacted the seller through dms, emails and I even left comments whenever she shared new posts. Which she leaves up and no one reacts to, so I think she's just restricted my account. She's a foul person.

Beware!!! her website policy says that refunds can only be given through contacting her, which is of course quite pointless when no one answers. I'll have to go about whatever other means I can to get my money back now.
