Had two young men from Lime heating come to change our kitchen tap two days ago and they were professional and came on time leaving us plenty of time that afternoon to go out. The job also took a short time, good communication and the boys were friendly. Would recommend Lime heating to anyone. Really good service.

Steve diagnosed the problem with our boiler almost instantly, to make sure he called the manufacture to check, a quick trip to a supplier, fitted and finished in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service, thanks Steve.
Had Lime around amongst three or four…
Had Lime around amongst three or four other outfits to quote on a series of jobs that’ll need doing. Martin attended and made various observations not previously drawn to my attention, which all made sense. He provided a number of options as to how I could proceed.
The quotes were all there or there about but Martin’s logical “matter of factness” instilled more more confidence.
They came to do part1 07/07, were here for an hour, I left Ross to it. He was done, system refilled and tested within an hour - unobtrusive in the process and tidied on leaving.
Water2 Filter Install
Lime Heating came to install my Water2 filters for me as was hesitant to do so myself.
Was really quick - less than half an hour and was sorted.

Everyone at Lime were really helpful and made the whole job really simple to deal with. The engineer, Ross was a lovely chap and got our heater fixed quickly.

My letting agent contacted Lime Heating on my behalf and I was contacted by Lime Heating within an hour to book in an appt for them to come out, again this was very swift. The first issue was identified very quickly and Ross was super thorough in making sure my boiler no longer sounded like it was going to take off. Top marks to Ross for being professionally, friendly and knowledgeable.
Ross had to visit again a few days later for an unconnected issue and again was thorough and identified why the boiler was coming on when it was not meant to. Problem fixed and extra checked made to make sure nothing else would cause me any issues.
I would highly recommend Lime Heating, and in particular Ross.

Exceptional service from start to finish.
Lime Heating provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Martyn and his team were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the whole job. They carried out our boiler replacement as well as replacing radiators and pipework, and the quality of the work was excellent.
The price was very fair for the amount of work involved, especially considering the high standard of service and attention to detail. Everything was completed efficiently, with great communication and a clean finish. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent workmanship and such a high level of customer care.
We would happily recommend Lime Heating to anyone looking for reliable heating engineers and would definitely use them again.

A local company which can be trusted implicitly.
A local company which has undertaken the servicing on my boiler in my rental property for the last few years. It's very reassuring to be able to pick up the phone and to speak to the owner of the business, and I really appreciate the company staff remembering me when I telephone. On this occasion, the engineer arrived an hour and a half early without notifying me he was coming, and it just wasn't convenient to give him access to undertake the boiler work. In fact, the day before, I had confirmed by email the exact time the engineer should arrive (because I had other work being undertaken earlier in the day-it wouldn't have been appropriate or professional to have given the heating engineer access when there was another workman in the property). That said, the heating engineer at first appeared 'miffed' that I was asking him to return at the appointed time. When he did return, everything was fine, and I could give him the attention he deserved. The boiler service and gas safety certification was completed efficiently and speedily.
Sadly, and surprisingly, the heating engineer left a valve turned off before he left which meant no hot water for 48 hours until I was notified of the issue. Having called a mobile number for the Company, (over the weekend) the response from the owner by telephone was speedy and very effective. The error was identified quickly and corrected so that the property had hot water once again. There was no charge for this intervention, for which I was very grateful. I will continue to use Lime for all matters relating to my boiler as I really appreciate the personal service and competitive pricing. If 'Steve' could do the boiler servicing next year that would be great. I'm sure my dog would be happy with that too :-)

We reported a leak coming through our living room ceiling. What I thought was going to be a really stressful situation to handle was actually a breeze. They came out the same day - the engineers who came were so polite and friendly. Kept me informed of what they were doing the whole time. Located the leak underneath the floor beneath my boiler and got it fixed straight away. Had to cut a hole in my ceiling but patched it up afterwards. I have to say the customer service we received, from the office staff who booked our appointment to the guys who came and did the job, was 10/10. Also just to add… it was about 32 degrees heat and no air con in my house and the engineers still carried enthusiasm to do a good job and provide good customer service. Proper credit to the company.
