Lincoln Manors Property Ltd Reviews

I recommend this company. I wanted to get wall agreement to remove my chimney. There was some dispute during the project but Mustafa Mahir was very professional on resolving the issue and did his best to get my wall agreement from the adjoining owner surveyor.

I recently used Lincoln Manor Property Services for assistance with a boundary matter and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and they provided detailed explanations that helped me understand my options fully.

Their expertise gave me peace of mind during a complex situation, and I felt confident in their guidance. I would highly recommend Lincoln Manor to anyone dealing with property or boundary issues. Excellent service all around.

Mahir helped us to establish a Party Wall Agreement for our loft conversion and our experience with Lincoln Manors is exceptional. He has been always nice and supportive as well as professional in his work. He finished the survey and the documents timely and it helped us to commence the works as planned. Thanks and I strongly recommend Lincoln Manor

Stellar work. Mahir is very knowledgable about all matters for a Party Wall agreement. He liaised effectively with the neighbours surveyor, maintaining good relations with all parties (which is paramount in a dispute), and managed to get this over the line in the promised 2 weeks.

Thanks for all your hard work on this Mahir. We will happily recommend for future works!!

Excellent advice and service drafting the party wall agreement, Mostafa was very professional. Would recommend highly.

Mahir was excellent! All was done super swiftly and professionally with very short notice, thank you!

Fantastic customer centric service! Very patient, attentive and quick to respond. Would highly recommend working with this company.

Had a great experience with Lincoln Manors. They found me through a website I registered with. Despite many calls from others I went with Lincoln manors, not because of the price but because of the assurance and advice I got from the first contact via phone. Everything happened as advised, it was quick, accurate and impartial. If your not familiar with process and need advice I'd say go with this company and there not to expensive like others. Thanks

Lincoln surveyor was very professional from the beginning an offered advice at every stage.
In my case my neighbor was dithering after having committed to something and Mahir handled that situation in a very professional and helpful manner.
Thank
Vijay

Very helpful despite not me not engaging them.

Mahir was exceptionally quick, calm and knowledgeable the whole way through the whole party wall process. He was a pleasure to work with and not at all greedy with his fees. You'd be hard pushed to find a fairer, more focused surveyor.
