Call from Rhodri and he has been ever so helpful and informative since. We went for a visit and he showed us around the
Show home and site, answered all our questions and provided lots of helpful information and documentation.

We had a great experience with Andrea at the Priors Hall development for Linden Homes.

Andrea was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the development and the properties we viewed. She took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out most was how helpful and professional she was throughout the visit. She gave us the information we needed, explained the different options properly and made the whole viewing experience feel relaxed and straightforward.

Buying a home is a big decision, so having someone who is approachable, patient and genuinely helpful makes a real difference.

Thank you Andrea for making our visit such a positive experience. We would highly recommend speaking with her if you are considering a Linden home at the development.

Hannah in the office was absolutely wonderful. From initial phone call enquiry, telling me what to bring buying evidence to the office. Her tour showing me round the estate and house interiors, was very helpful. Going through the available options and updates was simple. As was making the reservation. Cant wait to move in.

The office staff are helpful, professional and courteous. This has made the process quicker and easier.

Their service is superb, I used the Smooth Move option and I got excellent support from their team to help find a suitable offer on my existing home. They show you the options available so you can make the best decision.

From the moment Sarah showed us around the property, she made the entire experience feel genuinely personal, supportive and positive. She has continued to follow up thoughtfully since our last visit, showing a real interest in our progress rather than simply treating us as another enquiry.

Sarah listened carefully and compassionately to our requirements and personal circumstances, taking the time to understand what we needed from a new home. She then talked us through practical options that could genuinely help us move closer to making that dream a reality.

Her warmth, professionalism and exceptional customer service have made a significant difference to our experience. Buying a new home can feel daunting, but Sarah has made us feel listened to, valued and confident about the possibilities ahead.

We would highly recommend Linden Homes, particularly because of the outstanding care and service Sarah has provided. She is a real credit to the company.

The sales team were very helpful and responsive

We are mid-way through purchasing a home with Lindens.
We have requested to talk about our concerns to the Sales and Marketing Director, Hannah - who has refused to speak to us in person or over the phone.

Lindens will not take your concerns seriously about 1) Misplacing data (or losing it) 2) discussing incentives (in person, or re-visiting them) 3) When you have been told you cannot meet the sales manager but told to progress with the reservation. The director then proceeded to say this was unfactual and we did have access to a manager?

Unfortunately we do not feel like Linden's have any priority for customer concerns and this will now be escalated by ourselves. Only quite patronizing emails to their customers skimming over their complaints.

The higher staff members quite clearly sit behind the sales team (@ Parkgate Denise and Lesley) who are wonderful, despite the circumstances of our experience.

A horrendous experience for two First time buyers. It is an awful feeling to not be able to speak to a senior figure when you have concerns about arguably the biggest purchase of your life.

*I would be more than happy to share their correspondence (only by emails!) to anybody who may be also concerned, or is thinking about purchasing a property and may be hesitant!*

Visited the Willow Woods development at Ely. Had a great experience. Damien took care in showing us around a part built property, a fully completed property and an established part of the development. All completed in a relaxed manner. Didn't feel rushed and was allowed to absorb the detail of everything. Any queries we had were fully answered. If you are considering a new build in Ely then the development is well worth considering. Damien made the viewing experience easy.

Our sales rep, Hannah, was excellent. She was friendly and very helpful, always accommodating.
The back up admin and support were very efficient too.

The way I was served

Very disappointed with Linden Homes' response to a poorly built boundary wall.

We purchased our home from Linden Homes around five years ago and have recently discovered that our boundary garden wall is leaning significantly and appears to be failing.

We initially contacted Linden Homes for help but were told that, as the two-year workmanship warranty had passed, they couldn't assist us and that we should instead contact the provider of our 10-year extended warranty.

We did exactly that, only to discover that the extended warranty apparently does not cover garden or boundary walls.

We therefore contacted Linden Homes again looking for support. Unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing. The person we spoke to seemed more interested in ending the call than understanding the issue or considering whether Linden Homes could offer any assistance.

We have since had several builders look at the wall and every one of them has raised concerns about the quality of the original workmanship. In particular, we have been told that there appear to be no proper wall ties, with what look like just a small number of nails used instead.

We don't think it's unreasonable to expect a wall like this to last considerably longer than five years. It's incredibly frustrating to discover that there are concerns about how it was originally built, while also finding that the wall isn't covered by the extended warranty on our home.

We're now left with a potentially unsafe leaning wall and facing a significant repair bill on a new-build property that's only five years old. These simply aren't the sort of substantial remedial works we would expect to be dealing with so soon after buying a new home.
