I approached Clare at the Pleasley View development to enquire about Lindens incentives and their available plots. Clare couldn't have been more helpful, she spent around 2 hours with me to go through everything and made sure I was well informed. I also went back the following day to view again and was shown around by Stuart. He was lovely and again, so helpful. I have now reserved my Linden home and cannot thank Clare and Stuart enough for their help! 10/10 for customer service!

Sophie at Mova Reach has been brilliant, nothing much trouble. We have part exchanged our property and reserved our brand new home. Hopefully all will go smoothly and we are looking forward to the autumn when we will get the keys.

Cannot believe a so call 5 star, the reservation system for my document prepare is incorrect for the buyer name and reported to them, make a change with the same mistake. It is just so funny to see something like this when I have already mention my surname and first name is the email to them.

So far, I’ve had a really good experience with Linden Homes. This includes my initial communication with the appointment booking office, followed by a really informative appointment with Damien. Damien spent time answering all of my questions, and provided additional information relative to my circumstances. It’s clear that he’s keen to understand what customers’ needs and preferences are in advance of a home purchase.

Elsie was absolutely amazing, 10/10.

We purchased our house at the Coventry the Meadows at Woodland View and we couldn’t be happier with our first home, and could not recommend a Linden Home enough! Sharron (sales lady), Laurie (customer service representative) & Mark (site manager) have been absolutely brilliant. I highly doubt our home buying journey would have been as enjoyable without them!

Allison Melia was very well informed, we got an almost immediate appointment and visited the show homes - she was very well informed, attentive and knowledgeable. She went through the different ways to purchase and which plots were available together with current incentives. The only reason we have not proceeded is because of a family illness which means we have had to put things in hold

I am honestly too disappointed to explain why am I giving this review. My advice to anyone reading this is simple; stay far away from Linden, you will not be satisfied with their houses or services once the sale has been completed.

Dedicated staff, polite and the location is lovely.

Colin and Sam made the process for us as first time buyers incredibly smooth . They have always been welcoming. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and guided us from the beginning . Colin and Sam are very knowledgeable and professional at their work. They both are doing an outstanding job.

It’s a great welcoming experience Martin has provided us today. He was patient to our questions and taken time to show around the estate. Customer care is brilliant, he has give us the right advice to choose from. Looking forward to consider the property from Linden Homes.

We visited Linden Homes at Kings Newton recently and had a really positive experience with the sales team. Andrea and Martin were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and easy to talk to from the moment we arrived.

As people who are still in the early stages of exploring a move, we appreciated that there was no pressure or hard sell. They took the time to answer all of our questions honestly, explained the different house types clearly, and talked us through options in a very transparent way.

What stood out most was how approachable and genuine they both were. They made the whole experience feel relaxed and informative rather than overwhelming, which really helped as we’re comparing several developments at the moment.

The development itself also feels spacious and thoughtfully laid out compared to some others we’ve visited, and it was helpful being able to compare both the standard specification and upgraded show home side by side.

Thank you again to Andrea and Martin for all your help and for making us feel so comfortable during our visit.

We are absolutely thrilled to have taken ownership of our new Linden home, we are very happy with every part of the experience. From the moment we first enquired, Collins , Sam , Claire has been so helpful, they are friendly, and professional , they took the time to answer all our questions, kept us updated at every step, encouraged , advised us and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

The home too is beautiful, suitable and high standard, and has everything we were looking for and more. The quality of the build, the thoughtful design, and the attention to detail have really impressed us, and we already feel so settled and proud to call it ours. We also love the location and the community feel of the development, which just adds to how special this move is for us.

We were shown round by Rhodri, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales advisor. From the very start, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the right product for our needs. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

Met with Rhodri today to view 2 properties and right from the go he was very welcoming, so knowledgeable and friendly, couldn’t fault him. Loved one of the properties we looked at, lovely layout for that family style living.
