Exceeded Expectations
Line 6 is a big company. They certainly don't need my business to survive. I am a local musician who used a host of Line 6 products without issue. One small customer support issue, however, on a known issue. First, they were quick to address the issue. Simply registered my product via website and started support ticket. Second, they went well beyond my expectations to fix the issue. That is a company I will continue to do business with and you should too.
